Looking to purchase a solar panel package is a nightmare until I spoke with a very knowledgeable young woman at Full Power Installations. We were given a fully detailed quotation, which we found amazingly competitive, we were not put under any pressure to buy, in fact it was a week later when we decided to buy. We were offered an installation date and not asked for any deposit ! The team that did our work were first class, a credit to the company, 5 men who were polite friendly and very professional and worked so hard to complete the job in one day. It has been such a pleasure to have dealings with this company and we cannot rate them highly enough. If you are interested in solar energy these are the people for you. Terry Smith

From the first contact we were so impressed by the service Full Power provided. The survey carried out by Gabriel was professional yet friendly and very informative. Their quote was very competitive and great value for money. Other companies did not even bother to follow up their quotes . From saying yes to full installation was less than 3 weeks with regular updates and contact by the amazing team at Full Power. On day of install a full team of scaffolders, roofers , fitters and electricians carried out the work quickly and what a great bunch they were . We can highly recommend this company and our faith is such we are now waiting for a date for them to install our air source heating . I would recommend your first call is to this amazing team

We had a 6kW Solar PV system installed with a 12kWh Alpha ESS battery and a 5kW inverter. The price was really competitive, the home survey prior to the quote was really informative and Dan was such a pleasure to deal with.

We're incredibly impressed with the system and have already saved a significant amount on our energy bills since it was installed.

The team were professional throughout, and the installation itself was done within a few hours. We did have a couple of minor issues before the installation, including the scaffolding arrangements and the bird mesh. However, everything was dealt with quickly and efficiently, and the team kept us informed throughout.

I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Full Power to anyone considering solar. They genuinely put their customers first, even when things don't go exactly to plan.

After being messed around by a company for months, I contacted full power. Everyone I have spoken to within the company, have been very polite and helpful. Scaffolding went up the morning of the job, and the panels, battery and invertor were all completed by 3pm. The boys on the job were super polite and very efficient. I am very happy!

We had a 5KW Solar system installed with a 5KW/H Alpha ESS battery and a 5kW inverter.
I am very impressed with the system and we have saved loads of money already since having its installed.
The team were very professional and install was pretty seamless, we had a few teething issues that were quickly sorted.
The cost of the system was a lot less than I expected as well

I recently had a Sigenergy solar and battery system installed by Full Power Installations, and the whole experience was excellent from start to finish. The team was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything clearly throughout the process.

The installation itself was completed to a very high standard, and I’m extremely pleased with the performance of the Sigenergy system. The engineers were punctual, tidy, and a credit to the company.

I contacted Full Power Installations, and they arranged for a replacement boiler to be supplied and fitted within 24 hours. The speed of response and quality of workmanship were outstanding.

Lovely guys that come to fit my new boiler they had quite a big job to do with taking out my very old boiler they also fitted a heated towel rail in my airing cupboard they also cleaned up after themselves really happy with the job they done will recommend them thanks again

We recently had a 7.2kW solar PV system with Alpha ESS battery storage installed by Full Power and are very pleased with the overall experience.

The installation team were professional, friendly and completed the work to a high standard. They were happy to discuss equipment locations, cable routes and a few specific requirements I had, which was much appreciated.

The system has performed brilliantly from day one and is generating more energy than we expected.

The only slight downside was that the post-installation paperwork took longer than expected and required a few follow-ups. However, Dan was always responsive, kept us updated and ultimately ensured we received all of the required documentation.

Overall, we’re very happy with the system and service received, and I’d happily recommend Full Power to anyone considering solar and battery storage.

I contacted Full Power as our boiler has been having issues and we ultimately needed a new one. I spoke to Jamal to discuss our options and within one week, we had a new one fitted. The plumber, Chris, did a really thorough job and we’re so pleased at how quickly and efficiently this whole process has been. From the beginning there was no pressure to purchase the solar system, which we look for when making a decision like this. I had read a bit about the advantages of having a system installed and we wanted to learn more. Contacted Full Power and Dan came to discuss it with us. He was very knowledgeable, answering our many questions so that we could understand what it all entailed. After thinking about it for a couple of days we decided we were in good hands and took the plunge. What a great decision it was to make this investment in our home.
It was obvious that all the people involved were very experienced and had fitted these systems many times.
Big thanks to the scaffolders, roofers and electricians for a lot of hard work. All the paperwork with the grid was sorted out by Declan. Very impressed with Jonny who used a drone to measure the roof etc.
They had some impressive equipment which helped getting through two foot thick stone walls amongst other things.
Before I write a book these are the main points below.
1) - Local firm that are friendly and know what they are doing.
2) - Excellent communication during the fitting.
3) - Respect for our home and high quality of work.
4) - After sales are excellent.
System has been running for four days now with sunshine and drizzle, and we are amazed by the difference in our power usage.
Wouldn't hesitate in using "Full Power" again to expand our system.

Great solar and battery install from Full Power. I’d contacted a few national companies previously and only had virtual surveys and with quite a complex roof layout wanted a physical survey before committing. Great communications, flexible on location for panels and battery. Install was 2 days earlier than anticipated and the team worked hard to get it done in a day. Really neat and tidy job and great clean up afterwards.

Very little mess but what mess their was, it was cleared up. I was informed throughout the job and had no fears. From start to finish, I was very impressed with their professionalism, knowledge and abilities to complete the order. We decided to go ahead with solar panels and a home battery after looking into it for a while, and I’m glad we chose full power. The Communication was solid from start to finish and they kept us updated every step of the way. Installation was quicker than expected and everything is working perfectly. Seeing the savings build up already .. I wish we’d done it sooner!

We had a really positive experience getting our solar and battery setup sorted. I had loads of questions at the start and they took the time to go through everything without rushing me. Install went smoothly and the lads were very polite and professional throughout. The office team makes it feel seamless, which is a nice bonus. Feels like a smart investment already.

Although Full Power were unable to install solar for us, the communication and clarity received has been second to none. From the initial home survey, to explaining the reasons our roof was not suitable for solar, the service received has been exceptional. Everything has been explained in great detail, in a way I am able to understand. Its unfortunate that we were not able to proceed with Solar, but equally appreciate the transparency around the reasons they were not able to. Would definitely recommend to anyone considering solar, or even if you just want to see what your options are, these guys have been fantastic.

It was a complete pleasure dealing with this company from start to finish. All enquiries were dealt with promptly, the Full Power Installations team made sure that they were well prepared with a good understanding of our requirements. The price was very reasonable and the job was booked in promptly. My highest praise, however, must go to the heating engineer, Chris, who did the installation. He was a very friendly professional with years of experience who went above and beyond to ensure our combi-boiler was installed correctly, making sure that some previous poor-workmanship was also dealt with.

I don’t usually leave reviews, but I felt like this one deserved it.
From the first phone call, everything just felt easy. I’d been looking into solar for a while and was a bit unsure about who to trust, but these guys made it simple. They explained everything in a way that actually made sense, didn’t try to oversell anything, and just came across as genuine.
On installation day, the team turned up when they said they would, got stuck straight in, and were really respectful of the house. You always worry a bit about mess or disruption, but honestly, they left the place spotless.
What I appreciated most was how approachable everyone was. I asked loads of questions (probably more than I should have 😅), but nothing ever felt like too much trouble.
Since it’s been installed, I’ve already noticed the difference. It’s actually quite satisfying checking the app and seeing how much energy you’re generating and storing. The battery especially has been brilliant, feels like you’re finally getting some control instead of just watching bills go up.
Overall, I’m just really glad I went ahead with it and even more glad I chose this company. Good people, great work, and everything done exactly how you’d hope.
