They sent me a bra that is two size bigger than standard size I use normally and when I asked to swap it for smaller size they refuse to provide me with a return address and said that the postage would be too expensive for an exchange. I can nt believe it. Their size 14 bra is like a size 16 bra and they didn't do anything to help resolve the problem.

It has been 5 weeks and never got my order. The store keeps saying not worry they are tracking it but no one gives me tracking number for the US nor who it’s being delivered by so I can track myself. Buyer Beware!**UPDATE. It has been over 2 months and no product . They refuse to refund my money . They keep saying please give our product a chance. I never got them! I feel so stupid .

I ordered Shifting Watercolor Painting Set and NEVER RECEIVED IT!!! What a scam site!!! Actually tried to tell me that the shipment arrived at the customs of Ireland! This was an advertised product on facebook and I will never order again from them. SCAM ARTISTS!!!

GOGODUSK Ordered 2 for the price of one lip stains. They overcharged me, they did give me a token amount refund, therefore, I cancelled before goods were sent. They would not let me cancel, then said was already sent, next "wait and see if you like them", then 23 emails later I offered to return 1 and receive refund as I had opened 1 (does not work). They offered my $2 and now $5. SCAMMERS!!

The sunglasses I received are not what is advertised. Nose piece is not tangle free. Arms are bent. I bought two pair and one of them have some weird fuzzy sticky thing on the frame. Very dissatisfied!
Full refund for both pairs is expected.

Ordered one lip stain on March 1, 2025. Here it is May 25th and still nothing. Tracking said it started in Paris (I'm betting it's a bogus number) and claims it's in the USA as of March 30th. That's where the tracking stops. Complete Scam.

*update* The company sent me an email that said they have resent the item and I gave me a new tracking number. We'll see if this one shows up. I'll update in about a month!

I, like Kimberly Wade, ordered 3 tubes of lipstain on January 25, 2025 and here it’s April 14, 2025 and still no delivery. They keep telling me it’s been delivered and to check with the post office which I did. The post office says the tracking number isn’t valid. I am also filing a complaint with PayPal. I’m glad I only use PayPal to pay for things. I’m not finished writing reviews about this company either!

Seller doesn't reply to emails. Cost didn't show as USD 38.71, I assumed it was AUD until it came out of my account I am now trying to get a refund from PayPal.

I ordered two tubes of nude LIPSTAIN. I received two tubes of an EXTREMELY DARK LIPSTAIN! Contacted Customer Service, repeatedly. They will not send me the correct lip stain and only willing to compensate me $6 for a +20 purchase.

Would NOT recommend ordering from this Company!!

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! I ordered an item that took about a month to get only to be sent the wrong one. When I asked for the item I ordered, I am only being offered $3 to shut up. They are refusing to send the correct item. Lousy customer service. I will never order from them again.

I should have read the customer reviews more carefully. I initially received what ended up being a bogus delivery tracking email stating it was being shipped from USA, then I received a separate tracking email from Australia Post. The timelines in the two tracking emails do not match up - the tracking from ‘USA’ said it was in USA from 15th to 25th of March. The second tracking email from Australia post stated it was in China from 20th to 24th March. How can it be in two places at once? They clearly sent the first email to disguise the fact it was being sent from China.

Now, the items received were incorrect. Like other reviews I’ve read, I received Light Brown and Wine Red when I had ordered Nude and Pinked.

Other customers have reported the exact same issue with the product and tracking.

I ordered 4 items that never arrived. They sent a tracking number that shows something was delivered to my address, however, when I checked with the Post Office I was informed that the package with that tracking number was delivered to my city to another address and under another name.

They are very responsive in telling you the package shows delivered but after you contact the Postal Service and find out the scam then you will not hear from them.

My full order was incorrect. I received two lip stains light and dark brown but ordered Muahve and Noohde. I tried to get a refund and they asked for pictures of the shipping packages and the labels. I no longer had them. This company only refunded me $4 out of the $24 I paid. This company is a scam and sells fake products or fake advertises, but I did not receive the items on my order summary and received items that do not work.

Exact same situation as this review - what a SCAM! They must have only Wine Red left!!! I told them to keep the money and I will post honest reviews everywhere I can find!

Incomplete order and wrong colour
I ordered 2 lip liner stains, one nude, one pinked.. I received in the mail today only one lip liner in the colour wine red! I emailed them immediately with screenshots of my order and the product I received,, and they have replied saying that the product sent is what I ordered (which is a blatant lie, as I have a screenshot of my actual order)… and wanted to give me a US$2 reimbursement as good will. I then came straight on here to see if anyone else had issues, and sure enough, 6 days ago someone else has had a similar problem and they refuse to fix the issue. So it looks like I’m in for quite a fight to get my order sorted, but all I want is the correct products.. otherwise I’ve just lost US$30, which in AU$ is probably close to $60 🤬 please don’t buy from them as you could end up with the same problem as myself and the other reviewer from 6 days ago 😕

NEVER ORDER FROM THEM!! I waited over a month and NEVER received the product. I asked for a refund and they said the product was on its way. Then i got an email saying it was delivered almost 2 weeks prior. I get ALL my packages at my house, All OF THEM!! Some how I didn't receive gogodusk? I will never buy from them again!!

Exact same issue noted in that my order bounced around all over the world before it finally arrived. Their customer service email wording and English so poor they hardly made sense
My lipstains I received did not match what I ordered and to top it off they don’t work.
I called a scam as soon as I saw the terrible tracking and customer service and this confirms it. A waste of what ended up being $50 usd?! To be shipped knock off lip stain in the wrong colours

I ordered two lip stains and it took a month to receive. The tracking they sent showed it coming from Italy and was finally in Albany, NY on 2/17. Never anywhere on their site does it mention where it is being shipped from. I sent another note to follow up and they forwarded me a link for tracking and everything was in Chinese. It also had a different order number. Never was China mentioned in shipping as it was coming from Italy I thought.When I finally received the product, it was from a Tammy in California. I am so confused. This is very shady to me and the product is not good in my opinion. Never again!

I purchased a plush Jesus doll that was supposed to glow, play music, and say phrases. When I received it 3 weeks later it did none of the above after putting new batteries in it! When I asked for a refund or free replacement they asked for photos and video. Then they only offered me a $3 refund for the inconvenience!! They charged me $32.48! 😠 Do not buy from them!

I purchased some shimmer watercolour paints. I was supposed to get buy one get one free only one pallet arrived not only that I’m in Australia. It did not show me a dollar conversion and charge me $50. The pallet is from China. It has Chinese writing on it and it is not $50 worth of paint nor is the quality $50 worth.

I should have known better. This is definitely a scam. Yes, you do get what you ordered, but it is the cheap local quality version of the image on their website
