Auto refill doesn't work
This Rx was an auto-refill, but it was never mailed to me when it was due. (The last time it was mailed was in December, so it should have been sent to me in March.) I keep having these problems no matter how many times I consult with you about it. I will now be without my medication for several days again.

Gogo meds is always responsive and…
Gogo meds is always responsive and helpful but the communication between my physician and gogomeds to confirm prescriptions is not very efficient. Gogomeds kept contacting me that my doctor hadn't responded and it took about 2 days before they found his authorization.

Sometimes prescriptions can take 24-48 hours to be fully entered into our system. In your case, your physician submitted your authorization within 24 hours for you, and it had not yet been entered at the time you contacted us.
We appreciate you bringing this to our attention. We will be coaching our team to better explain when prescriptions may still be pending entry so that you never have to do any unnecessary legwork. We apologize again for that inconvenience & we thank you for your patience!
