No Shipment, No Solution, Just Excuses
I placed an order with Haus (Order #SH208192) on February 24, and more than a month later, it still hasn’t been shipped. From the beginning, I was given misleading expectations. On March 3, I was told the order would be shipped “very soon”, but days later it was still sitting in “fulfillment accepted” with no actual progress, and that situation never changed.
After waiting this long with no shipment, I asked to cancel the order and receive store credit, especially since better offers had appeared in the meantime. Initially, they clearly stated that this was an option. However, shortly after, they completely changed their explanation and claimed the order could no longer be cancelled because it had already been “packed”. This makes no sense considering the order still hasn’t even been shipped.
They also admitted they are experiencing issues with their fulfillment center, which has caused delays, but instead of resolving the situation properly, they offered nothing more than a 10% discount on a future purchase. After over a month of waiting, this feels completely inadequate.
Overall, this experience has been frustrating and disappointing. The lack of transparency, the contradictory responses, and the failure to deliver or provide a proper solution make this company hard to trust. I would strongly recommend avoiding Haus until they get their operations and customer service under control.
