I deposited money without any problems
I deposited money without any problems, but the moment I requested my first withdrawal (€210), my account was suddenly blocked.
The casino claimed I had “multiple accounts”, which is completely false. I only have one account and repeatedly asked them to provide evidence, but no proof was ever given.
At first I received only generic copy-paste replies, and now they have completely stopped responding to my emails.
Deposits were accepted immediately, but when it came to withdrawing winnings, my account was locked within minutes.
Very disappointing experience and extremely poor customer support.
