In reviewing your account, you received an "Upcoming Charge" email on April 2nd stating the next charge would be on April 12th. We charged the card on April 12th and sent the confirmation email in the morning. We can see you logged into your account on April 12th in the afternoon and skipped the May shipment. The April shipment had already been charged earlier that day and would not have been an option to skip at the time of your login, which is why that shipment went out to you. For future reference, you will need to call or email our customer service team for same day charge / cancellations. This cannot be done via the online portal.

People I talked to were very helpful
People I talked to were very helpful. The shipment might have come a day two after the original projection of an arrival date. Everything arrived safely. (I was a bit surprised that the labels on the plastic bottles all seemed a bit "wrinkly." Haven't seen that before.)

The product arrived within the expected time frame. I must add all in good condition. About the product itself, I have never gotten a supplement that will do what it supposed to do according to its advertisement. In my case in particular, Nitrolflo- 9 is keeping my blood pressure in normal parameters. This has not happened before. I am very please with the results so far. Thank you.
