Amazing customer care as well great value!
Not only do Golf Crazy offer great value for their products but their after care service is incredible! I recently had an issue with a golf bag, no fault of Golf Crazy but the way the handled it and arrange a replacement was fantastic. Laura was in touch with regular updates to keep me informed about the process, offering me options as to what I could do and even picking a new bag colour. They then arranged collection of the original bag at no cost or fuss to me, I really don’t know what they could have done better but in a world where customer service seems to be disappearing, Golf Crazy and Laura are proving it exists and are as honing example of how it should be done.
So great choices, great value and great service what’s not to like?

Advertised as next day delivery if ordered by 1pm. Ordered 12.30 it wasn't sent that day and no reply to my emai the following day asking when it was coming

Your order was placed on our standard delivery service (1 -4 working days) and you received it 2 days after placing the order.
