TikTok original or not?

My experience has been good so far with 3 pack gummies. But can you tell me if the tiktok shop is the original as well? Because the address registered is different than uk gov. Please guide me about this if that is authentic

Made a mistake on my shipping address, and reached out to the customer service team about it. Not only did they respond right away, but they were able to make the changes without having to jump through hoops about it. I'll be getting my bundle just in time; I'm so excited!

Not consistent!!

Overall, I really enjoy the gummies especially the Ashwagandha and Sleep formulas, which I take regularly. However, recently I’ve received several bottles where many of the gummies were about one-third the normal size. This appears to be a quality control issue. Given the price point, I expect better consistency, and experiencing this repeatedly is disappointing and unacceptable. If Goli sees this review, I took photos!!

Had an issue with a bottle of gummiess…

Had an issue with a bottle of gummies that were moist / really sticky when I opened the seal. I sent a photo to costumer service and they were very quick in responding and helping out. Very impressed with the service!
Makes me a Goli family member!

I had an order that was "lost" or…

I had an order that was "lost" or stating it had been at the same facility for several days. I reached out to the Goli customer care team and let them know what was going on. They were EXTREMELY QUICK to respond to my email and within a couple of hours, they had sent me another order at no charge and it is on its way as we speak. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE :)

I was excited to order my first 3-pack…

I was excited to order my first 3-pack of Goli gummies, and even my 15-year-old was eager to try them as well. When I received the delivery notification, I had my daughter bring the package inside. Unfortunately, when I got home, I noticed the package seal had been broken, and only two of the three bottles were included.

I immediately emailed Goli’s customer service team and shared a photo of the package. I was pleasantly surprised by how quickly they responded and provided clear instructions. The very next day, my replacement was approved, and shortly after, I received the missing bottle.

In today’s world, it’s refreshing to experience customer service that is responsive, honorable, and truly values the customer. I sincerely appreciate how smoothly this was handled and the professionalism shown throughout the process. Thank you, Goli, for standing behind your product—I will definitely be a returning customer.

I feel scammed!!

I ordered from your website on December 7th and still have not received my order. I emailed your customer support and still have yet to hear back and its been weeks!!!

My husband and I have been getting this brand of products for months now and truly feel great! But we did get a few bottles that were dried out and hard to chew, so I reached out to the Goli customer service and they resolved my issue with no problem! WE LOVE GOLI!

Fantastic customer service!

I had accidentally ordered the incorrect 3 pack. I quickly sent an email to the customer service team. Right away I received a very nice reply, completely taking care of everything, switching my order to the correct product and providing me with a new order number. Just like that, a very Happy customer. What a great experience to start my Goli journey to better health.

I was skeptical about Goli because my initial order never got delivered and the delivery service stated they could not find my address which was odd because I work from home and have ringing doorbell and they never tried to deliver.

I reached out to the GOLI team who quickly sent me a 20% refund and shipped out a new order. I received that order this weekend and I have to say this is the kind of customer service that makes you feel confident in a company. I won’t hesitate to buy from Goli again. #BRAVOGOLI

Update: Goli contacted me (after I had already made this review and filed a complaint with the BBB) and has rectified the situation with an explanation and refund.

Ordered 8 BOTTLES TOTAL (5)Ashwaganda for hubby and (3)Pre/pro/post biotic for myself over the holiday. After 1 month, felt/saw no difference. Read the return policy very carefully which states that I have to contact the company for an RMA. Customer service says return all bottles including empty (paying postage myself here so asked if I could squish the empties- no response). Customer svc states no return label/RMA etc will be sent to me. Clearly states in their refund policy on their site (that I can't post a link to due to rules of Trustpilot) that this is REQUIRED to have before a return allowed or a refund is issued. You never get the same cust service person in an email twice, and they are apparently not aware of their own policy. I just want to ensure I get a full refund. Seen other reports elsewhere that this is an issue. They WON'T answer the phone on a business day during business hours which is a huge red flag. Sorry, I like to speak to a human and get.stuff done once, not with several emails. Just be aware if you buy you may have a hard time with a return/refund and yes, will have to pay return shipping for even empty bottles.
Maybe someone from upper level management will see this and step in to get this resolved? In which case I will definitely edulit my review.

Slow shipment/ not received

We ordered 3 different types of vitamins on Nov 28th 2025 and it is not Jan 4th 2026 and we still have not received our vitamins. The shipment has been updated saying it will arrive tomorrow but it has not been shipped. I’m not sure why there has been such a delay. It was suppose to be a 1-2 week delivery.
