I asked for a quote specifically for a WM Dumpster bag and 2 twin box springs, they sent me a quote, I paid and booked for the following day as it was available - there was no communication the day in which I booked my service until 7pm. At which someone called and asked if the next day was fine. Which was, then the vendor got sick and the next day they wanted to reschedule but they sourced to another person who apparently came through and pick stuff out of my dumpster bag after saying they wouldnt be able to take it since they thought it was less.

I have tried to get an additional cost for the removal of the dumpster bag, the texting robots cant seem to figure it out, so I asked to cancel my service - well then someone texted me right away - I declined and said no I still want to cancel and they have not said a word more. I have tried calling the number and getting someone seems impossible and I have emailed and submitted inquiries on the site with no response.

Do NOT use Load up!! I scheduled junk removal 1-month in advance in Wisconsin and no one showed up to remove my items! I received a text 4 hours after the scheduled arrival time saying no crew was available. I rescheduled for 2 days later. Again, no one showed! I cancelled my order after their failures to complete the service and was refunded 50% of my entire service fee!! Buyer beware!! They guys are horrible and a scam!!!

Had a great experience with LoadUp Junk Removal. The guys were friendly and easy to work with. They had a large trampoline disassembled and loaded in their truck in no time! I would definitely use them again in the future.

LoadUp committed to arrive between 8a and noon on our arranged day. At 11:30 a.m., I called to ask if they were still coming because I'd heard nothing. No. They couldn't get a driver in the scheduled window ... and no one told me. I stayed home from work for this pickup! I cancelled an important meeting as a result. I asked for a discount: they could give me $15 off. Wow.

Rescheduling is understandable. No communication (I had to call them!) is not. This is poor customer service.

They came the next day to pick up my Furniture and were super nice, courteous and very efficient. They had everything out in no time at a very reasonable price. The whole process was a great experience and I can only highly recommend them to everyone! I will definitely use them again for my future needs. Thank you so much!! *****

I made a last-minute request for help with a kitchen project. YOu were very accommodating and scheduled me quickly, communicating the whole time. Driver Elias was so helpful in this unusual request, and we finished quickly! I hated to pay so much for a small job, but I understand the challenges of mountain living, and will use goloadup again!
