My order is delayed. Their customer service hasn’t replied to me on time, and I still haven’t received it, it’s been 20 days already.

I recently purchased the loafer from Gomila Intersole, and I'm absolutely thrilled! Premium leather, comfortable fit, and solid craftsmanship.

I recently placed an order for a size 42 shoe but received size 43 instead. While my previous experiences with your service have been exceptional and the product quality consistently excellent, this particular pair—though top-notch in craftsmanship—is unfortunately too loose and does not fit properly.

Upto expectations

As a long-time customer with 5 pairs of Gomila bespoke shoes, I’m disappointed with how the brand has declined. Once known for quality and service, they now ignore genuine concerns and even block customers who raise issues. 3 of my pairs are excellent, but 2 are so poorly made I can barely wear them. Sadly, instead of addressing problems, they cut customers off. Sharing this so others know what to expect.

I asked for changing of shoe size many times but nobody replied me on that

After 15 days of Order i was told the shoes are out of stock.

If the pairs were out of stock, it was your responsibility to inform me in a timely manner not just one day before Eid.

In fact I reached out to Gomila Intersole through this very number that you are currently responding to. I was then connected to another representative (cell no. ‪03221974373‬ - Raja Dani), *who assured me via message that my shoes had already been shipped and would be delivered within a day or two.*

And now you’re saying they’re out of stock and that my order has been cancelled. This is highly unprofessional and *I will be filing a consumer complaint here in Quetta under the Balochistan Consumer Protection Act 2003.* I had placed two orders and was explicitly told by your representative that both pairs had been shipped. It is unacceptable to be informed only a day before Eid that my order has been cancelled.
