This company is run by a scammer, be aware he owes me money
In April 2025, I started a business journey with a person named Nazabat. I was promised a 25% partnership in the business. From the beginning, I contributed almost everything required to build the business online. I created the marketing strategy, handled the web development, built the online presence, and worked on the entire digital infrastructure of the company.
While I was investing my time, skills, and effort, Nazabat was mainly covering operational expenses, which were around £400–£800 per month, even though the actual value of the work being done for the business was much higher. My contribution saved the business thousands of pounds because I personally handled the planning, marketing, development, and digital growth strategy.
After six to seven months of hard work, the website was finally completed and launched. I had built everything step by step — the website, social media accounts, Pinterest, YouTube channel, and the entire online ecosystem of the business.
However, once the platform was live, Nazabat began interfering with the marketing strategy. Despite not having strong experience in marketing, he started implementing his own ideas and strategies, which disrupted the plan we had originally built. When the results did not immediately meet expectations, instead of working together to improve things, he shifted the blame onto me.
On 14th November, everything suddenly changed. Nazabat removed my access to the business systems and changed the email and account details, even though I had originally created and managed those systems. This happened despite the fact that I had spent months building the business from the ground up.
Throughout this period, whenever I asked about payments or agreements, Nazabat repeatedly made promises that he would settle everything, even going as far as swearing on his child that he would fulfill his commitments. Unfortunately, those promises were never honored.
The contract that was supposed to be signed in April 2025 was never finalized by him, even though we had discussed it multiple times.
Now it has been over five months, and Nazabat has not paid me for the 6–8 months of work I invested in the business, nor has he honored the exit payment agreement we had in place if either partner decided to leave the company.
I built that business brick by brick, investing my time, skills, and knowledge to make it a reality. All I am asking for is fair payment for the work I completed and the exit agreement that was promised.
This situation has been extremely difficult for me, but I believe in standing up for the work I have done and speaking honestly about my experience.
