It's not the perfect solution to the plastic clam shell. It would be awesome if the containers had a hinged lid. Then I'd only have to order one item and packing them with produce would be a little faster. They kind of pop open easier than the plastic dart clamshells too so stacking orientation is important to prevent spillage.

My company was very interested in purchasing double-wall disposable coffee cups from Good Start, but the insanely high minimums (50,000 cups!) kept us from being able to. Disappointing because the samples we ordered are really good quality.

Thank you for submitting this review. The minimum purchase quantities are set by the manufacturers and only pertain to the custom printed cups which would be branded with your company's logo. The double wall cups themselves (without the custom printing) are available in a case of just 1000 cups! I apologize if the custom printing minimums are too high for your business at this moment in time. The manufacturers have these policies in place because the process of printing on the cups involves them shutting down their entire production line in order to begin producing the custom order. I hope this can offer some clarity into why there are minimums set. We appreciate you taking the time to send this in.

All excellent Products
I’m a big fan of this company overall! I ordered year ago for my small business, 16 oz bowls and they are working out great. And just currently ordered brown paper bags and couldn’t be more happy! Was super excited about expanding my business and using earth friendly products, did some major research and finally went ahead and placed an order with them, after leaving items in my shopping cart for 2 weeks. Ordered items on Tuesday so they could arrive by Monday. Had items ship to my gym to save money on freight. On Friday, one business day before my shipment was suppose to arrive, I receive a phone call saying my order had been canceled because of fraudulent suspicions... BUT MY CARD HAD BEEN CHARGED IN FULL!!!! Evan Gedden said they had been calling and emailing ... NEVER did I ever receive a phone call or email, I did however receive an order confirmation and it wasn't until I told Evan cancel my order that I received a cancelation email! This company has put me in an extremely embarrassing situation with my clients!
Are you sure you listened to the recording of my conversation with your company? I told them to give me my money back!!!! Received a confirmation after my phone call about refund and TODAY money was refunded. Address 3811 SW 47th AVE, Suite 631 Davie FL 33314 is a warehouse location which I rent a unit for my office/gym!!! Extremely disrespectful of you calling me a credit card scammer!!!! Found a new company to purchase supplies from and will receive in 4 days! NO ONE EVER CALLED, OR EMAILED ABOUT THIS!! ONLY CALL I ANSWERED!

This was not a legitimate order but a likely credit card scam as it was flagged on numerous grounds from our third party security company. We made numerous attempts to contact the customer to get verification that they placed the order and received no responses. When we told them the order would be canceled, they didn't even ask for a refund, a common behavior of credit card scammers (though we did refund the card). The address on the order did not go to a legitimate retail business but a freight company.

The first order of 12 oz cups we…
The first order of 12 oz cups we received were absolutely amazing! They were sturdy and the lids fit perfectly. The second order seemed to be flimsy and didn't hold their shape most of the time, making it harder to put the lids on. We enjoy your product and sincerely hope that this last order was just a fluke. We anticipate ordering from you again in hopes that the issue is rectified.
