Super easy process
Super easy process! I got a call from the towing company the same day I called Goodwill. Was able in schedule within a few days and the tow driver showed up on time. He promptly provided the receipt and was able to tow the car in a few minutes!

Your process was very "user friendly." Everyone was helpful and prompt at every stage of the process. The tow truck driver who came to pick up my vehicle arrived on site right on time--to the minute-- and took care of the whole process within about six minutes. I was sorry to see my car go, but I take comfort in knowing that it may ultimately do some good for people who need it.
