I Loved this Site/app. This is genuine cashback app. I'm using this Site/App from last 3 or 4 years ago (Don't remember actual time) and getting Cash back. You can transfer your cash back in your bank A/c also. I have received referral reward also. If there is any concern there support team is always ready to helped you. I didn't understand why many of users giving such type of comment and 1 star rating. Genuinely deserve 5 star rating.

Just fake website. When you sit on chair that your cashback will be received. After 3 or 4 weeks they give confirmation that your cashback is declined. Very loose response from Customer care. They talk like someone personally is handling the Website. ITs FAKE website.
You will experience as got cheated as they show give fake offers.

I have made a transaction on 11th sept and today it is 11th january still my cashback is pending and my other jabong transactions got declined cashback for no reason.when I contacted them they told me to fill a form which I did but after that they won't resolve your issue when I contacted again they told me to fill the form again..really worst cashback site

They've been holding my Rs.6500 *confirmed* cashback for months saying the retailer is holding it. I've escalated this to the retailer who says the cashback has been paid already. Gopaisa asked for my PAN card (!!) and screenshots. I've sent both. Several times. They then ask to be given some time to investigate. Then no answer for months. When I reply to their last email for update, they ask for screenshots again. I have gone through this over six times now with them. I've used cashback sites all over the world and used others in India, Gopaisa is by far THE worst.

Its fully fake site. They don’t give any cashback facilities just making people fool with they fake offers. Don’t go for it it’s fully fake and cheater site. I visit this site many times always at the time of cashback they cheat with customers.

Don't waste your time to pay threw gopaisa as there is no resumption of money. And even no customer support is there

I did purchase through this site grab deal link on trendin my click is tracked but not my transaction when i try to repport missing cash back they are not accepting saying ki seller wont accept missing. No customer mail no contact no just a complaint form that is their customer service...worst

very very very bad service and chutiya banate h customer ka its very pathetic service dont use go paisa use only pogama its really good since i am using Pogama i get more then 30000 Rs as a cash back but ye gopaisa wale to fraud h sale ek number k

They only track Amazon and Flipkart. I have got cashback for the transactions done at Amazon and Flipkart. They do not track other webs. I have not got cash back for many sites like snapdeal , paytm , shopclues etc.. If u r going to purchase from those 2 sites, go ahead with GOPAISA. Else try payback.in

Gopaisa.com is one of the fake online shopping site......it allures you with different offers and Cashback but finally you won't get anything from them.
I have lodged a forgery complaint in consumer court against them as they are not giving me my Cashback. So,I suggest everyone to stay away from this site.
