I ordered my walking pad here because the reviews were good and they had a pretty good sale going on. When I received my product the remote did not work (turns out they sent a dead battery). Once I fixed that now the belt is rubbing on something and I have a hard time using it because of the noise. There is a no return policy on sale items and most of the stuff for sale is "on sale" so keep that in mind when buying.
My walking pad does work so thats the 3 stars.

The Hex Bar was delivered when it was promised, looks great, better than I thought it would.

Whatever you do—do not purchase a treadmill that’s on sale. You can’t return it.

While returning an item this large would already be a hassle, that wasn’t even the main issue. When the treadmill arrived, it was missing the phone holder, and the remote didn’t work—even after replacing the battery. It appeared I received a unit that was either previously returned or defective. A support representative offered to send a replacement phone holder and remote, but that misses the point. If this was a returned or refurbished product, that should have been clearly disclosed at the time of purchase.

I attempted to stop the shipment as soon as I learned that sale items are non-returnable. I was told I could pay $21.00 to try to reject the delivery and hope FedEx would come back to pick it up. I chose not to, and now regret that decision.

Bottom line: you truly get what you pay for. I would not recommend purchasing sale items from this company.

Goplus lies about their delivery dates. My order was supposed to be 2 days, was 1 week

I had previously order this remote at Amazon. They lost it for about 2 1/2 weeks and suggested I cancel the order. So I did and order directly from GoPlus.com
EXCELLENT and fast delivery with NO problems! It works as it should. The price was a little bit less, with shipping, than Amazon.

I recommend ordering direct from GoPlus and not Amazon. Glad to have the treadill working again after losing the original remote.

My experience with this company has been excellent. I had assembly questions and they responded fast. I sent e mail 3pm us time and received a instructional video at 4am. Given time difference it seems they responded as soon as they opened for the day. The following day i received a follow up email asking if assembly went well and offering to assist if i had any further questions. Thank you Shera for your professionalism.

I purchased a item from goplusus.
Through no fault of theirs we had a delivery issue. They responded to my inquiry within 24 hours. Impressive customer service.

I ordered a Christmas tree on Amazon, which was shipped and sold by GoPlusUS. The order was supposed to arrive on December 12, 2024, but the FedEx order didn't arrive until December 17th. I did not receive a Christmas tree, I did receive a child step stool. My advice is do not order any product from this vendor. Their customer service is terrible. Amazon issued a full credit.

Ordered 2 - 3 gun rifle safes. Received them promptly. One of the safes was not wrapped in bubble wrap, and was missing instructions, and a little cap that covered a key hole. The box that held that safe had an excessive amount of tape on it also. Okay, we get it out of the box, try to open it with the key provided........it won't open. Contacted "goplusus" they suggested we try the code, as this safe opens with either a key, a code, or a fingerprint. Nope, the code didn't work either. "goplusus" had us check the number on the key, and the key hole to ensure they match, they did. NOTHING WORKED to get that safe open. I requested they refund the price of the safe, and send me a prepaid return label. I also informed "goplusus" that the safe was an OBVIOUS return to them, there were scratches on the safe, and the above missing items that should have been on the safe, and the excessive tape on the box. "goplusus" response was, that I could keep the safe, and they would refund me $100.00. I told them that I paid $250.00 for this safe, I have no use for a metal box I cannot get open, and would they please refund my money and send me a prepaid return label. After several more, emailed requests, I never heard from them again. Thank goodness for CC companies. I turned it over to my CC company that got my money back for me. All of the emails back and forth to "goplusus" were printed out and sent to the CC company to back my claim, that helped a lot. So keep that in mind with online companies, keep those emails.
