booked my Robbie Williams tickets in January rang to make sure things was OK as we had not had them but was reassured they would be sent out 2 weeks before and all was OK got a text to say shipment was late and would get them the week before and today had a email saying the have cancelled them and we are getting a refund this is a joke as how am i meant to get tickets now was a lot of money and the site is still selling tickets for the venue

BRUNO MARS booking!
I was impressed with booking my Bruno Mars tickets. Simple online process, prices clearly shown, insurance offer was a bonus and very good communication. Tickets arrived a little later than expected but was kept fully informed along the way. On the whole impressed!!

Booked a fantastic show through gotickets. Easy to select and purchase tickets and arranged to collect the tickets from the box office which was very helpful due to being away on business. Customer services was spot on with their assistance.

Easy to book & good prices but not easy to cancel
The first time I have used this company and everything went smoothly with my booking, however when I wanted to cancel my order due to an unforeseen double booking with another engagement I was told NO. I was told if I had taken out the refund protection policy it would be possible but if not there was nothing they could do as all ticket sales are final unless the event is cancelled or postponed. I felt quite unhappy about this experience but I did manage to alter the date of my other engagement so I can now attend but be very careful if you need to cancel or my advise take out the protection policy it could save you money!!!

In a nutshell, GoTicketsUK is simply amazing!

Disappointed with website freezing
I have used this company in the past but was very disappointed when I went to make a booking for Rod Stewart Greenhouse tickets when they when on sale but the website just froze which resulted me not getting the tickets I wanted at the prices I wanted to pay. By the time everything was sorted out with my computer the prices had inflated 3 fold..... Not a happy customer!!

Thank god for refund protection policy
My wife had a terrible fall and had to go to hospital just before we was about to see Robbie Williams at Christmas. Fortunately we had taken out the refund protection policy which completely covered us cancelling going to the show. After a few completed forms and a medical note from the hospital we got a full refund. My advise is it is well worth taking out the policy out it could save you a packet. A big thank you to the customer service staff who sorted everything out for me. I am pleased to say my wife has made a full recovery now. Gotickets is an awesome service to use and a much recomended for everyone out there. James

Problems with duplicate payment
Everything was fine with my booking but I was charged twice for the same order to my frustration. A few calls and emails and the additional payment was refunded. My advise when making a booking don't press the payment button more than once as it might happen again. Customer service was spot on fixing the problem......

Duplicate payment issue
Booked my tickets for Robbie Williams Westminster halls last minute. Everything was completed fine online, I received my tickets fine in the post but when I checked my bank statement I had bee charged twice. Called customer services who where good at handling this matter and the issue was resolved very quickly.......

Ticket Arrived Late!!
Tickets arrived very late which was very frustrating. Had to keep phoning the company everyday to see when my tickets will arrive which was very annoying. Finally arrived apparently they were sent to the wrong address... Not sure what to believe however all good in the end!

Need to be quick for Phil Collins
I tried to make my second purchase with Gotickets for Phil Collins tickets but tickets just run out in seconds. No tickets held in a queuing system as such or I was too slow either way was disappointed.
