It was a simple and easy process as long as you know how to read and follow directions lol. I definitely will be returning when i need to renew my subscription without a doubt. I was worried when I didnt hear back within the 6 hours listed for 3 years worth of gamepass, I gave it almost a full day then suddenly got the email to confirm my order, then another email with the key codes and instructions. If you follow the instructions, you will be all good. I took the time and re-read it a few times before starting. Took 15 minutes to redeem all the codes in order. I now have gamepass till 2028. Highly recommended.

Little apprehensive with all the VPN steps and such but all worked as advertised and all MS keys redeemed! Super happy!

I was skeptical at first but I soon got my codes around 4 hours later. Paid for 12 months plus ultimate for $125 total. I received 5, 3 month codes plus the one to change to ultimate. Got 16 months with autopay on!

You have to follow instructions as written. Had an issue on my end due to not paying attention but they responded within 6 hours to help me get it fixed.

I got what was advertised, but had to jump through a bunch of hoops to activate the codes, including installing a VPN. It felt a little sketchy. Seems to be working fine and I have no issues.

Customer support made the difference. I’m 44 male, so I needed a refresher.. if you’re skeptical of these “discount code” deals and think they’re not real, like I have been in the past, then read on for more details below - in short this seller is super solid, this works for real, you can do it all on your phone, plus they have a legit customer support so you’re not feeling lost or paired with an AI bot - and it’s easy to follow their instructions.

TLDR….but useful details if you’re new at this stuff. I bought this a lil wary because of the ‘conditions’ necessary to be able to redeem the codes. For example, turn off your gamepass subscription auto renewal, wait until your pass is about to expire (don’t worry just means you have to reload it at some point, which you’re about to do with this process). I bought my subscription through gotyshop via G2A.com or one the ‘discount’ gamepass code sites.. I chose gotyshop due to price AND because it works on existing accounts! Which is true! *You don’t want the codes that require a brand new account or some account share BS. (Watch for this because those ones will not work.)
Long story longer, I had to wait 5 weeks for mine to expire.. customer support emailed to follow up with me on two different occasions without me having to reach out. They kept my order on hold until my current subscription was finished. I reached out on a Sunday morning and got a response within :30 minutes confirming my order and giving me the codes with the instructions. It’s like 4 steps, easy.
Note: You will have 48 hours to enter the codes once your order is confirmed by you with support, so do it the day it expires.
Following the instruction guide on the website is easy, you click the link to use a quick VPN client, then input the private address link (within the instructions) into the VPN client.. once connected there you go to the Microsoft redeem code page (link also in the instructions). Then input the redeem codes they give in the order they give em in the confirmation email. It’s specific.
It worked first try once I used their VPN client on the instructions - they are easy to follow. Note2: I DL’d a separate VPN app at first trying to find one with free trial etc all this bullsh, then read all the instructions and realized I just had to use the vpn client in the instructions. So read them and do all the steps (do not try to use a separate vpn app it’ll just mess you up)

I would purchase from gotyshop again for sure.. I only write reviews when I have meaningful experiences (bad or good). This was a good experience, got my ultimate renewed for 12 months plus 1 free month for less than $10/month. I ain’t paying no $20-$25 a month to Microsoft.

Only complaint if any, it was advitised as 12 month ultimate key plus free 1 pass. Did not recieve the second part. Even so I got the part I wanted and needed. Would definitely use again.

Bought a 24 month pass and they give you 6 codes. One of the codes didn't work so I got 17 months instead of 24. They got back to me and told me that the problem was on the Microsoft side. They gave me instructions on how to deal with it which didn't work and I got the remaining 17 months taken off my account. So I paid $167 for nothing. I would never do business with them again.

Very easy instructions, all codes worked perfectly. I bought the 2 year gamepass for my personal account. Will definitely be using them when 2027 comes around.

Brought a 24 month xbox subsription and it worked out great. Microsoft credited me 23 months but what a steel. Seller very responsive and activation is very straight forward. Seller provides detailed instructions. I did not use their VPN however they do provide instructions on how to get the VPN. I used my own VPN and it worked out great. Make sure to follow instructions to the T. Would 100% recommend this seller.

I bought the Game Pass Ultimate 12 month digital codes and got Ultimate for $115 for TWELVE months!! Savings are huge and the steps needed to take are super easy and laid out nicely by the buyer. There is absolutely no reason to NOT purchase from this seller. Save yourself your hard earned money and go with these people. Will be back next time. A++++++

Seller is honest. I got what I paid for. The process was confusing for me despite the directions. However, I eventually stumbled through it and everything is good to go. I appreciate the savings, half of what Xbox charges.
