No help!!!!!!!
If I could click no star for this i would.
First, the payment was so expensive but because we really need help we still paid $320 and that went for nothing. Before we submitted our papers, the replies on our emails were everyday. Everytime we ask question they answer fast. But as soon as we paid the reply becomes once a week we have to send our queries multiple times before they get back to us. We didnt get the visa since we cant book our appointment because its always fully book. They couldn't help how to get an appointment anyway. So if you are looking for help to get an appointment THIS IS NOT THE AGENCY FOR YOU BECAUSE THEY DONT HELP AT ALL. THEY DONT EVEN FOLLOW UP YOU ON WHATS THE STATUS OF YOUR APPOINTMENT. ITS LIKE THEY JUST DONT CARE AT ALL. WE ALREADY PAID THEM SO I GUESS ITS NOT IMPORTANT TO THEM WHETHER WE GET THE APPOINTMENT OR NOT. WE WASTED OUR MONEY AND TIME THINKING THEY CAN HELP US.

we realized the mistake contacting you and tried to cancel immediately .An expensive mistake .Your policy is no refund on same day of request. I can do my own visa application was just trying to source a day for appointment.You sent us a form i could get online from VFS .Our mistake going on the wrong portal

Go visa Europe and their refund policies is an absolute scam. I have applied for the visa and paid for my application. I have requested a refund on the very same day after realizing that the visa of my current residence is about to expire right after my trip when three months are required. This business is not here to help you. They’re here to take your money absolute scam scam. Scam. scam. I don’t not recommend this service at all.
