it is scam service to fraud money, charged me 358.00 for service they did not provide. Tried four times. Lucky for me my bank blocked them out.

Thay have charged my credit card $49.99 twice.
I have never been to this website and they have got hold of my credit card and charging me.

They help with visas but have you on a recurring subscription and just scam you, until you have to cancel your bank card! they dont respond to emails or text either

This is a scam site, charging you for products the Government of the Country you visit complete for free!

They then add recurring charges on top each month!!

When you contact them to raise a dispute, the details you need to enter are not available to prevent you from challenging them!

Just discovered i had been scammed. I thought Govisafast was the Cambodia government website. I didn't check properly, and the site looked convincing.

Fortunately, i spotted the fraud in tim - I believed that i had paid for my Cambodia visa online.

I have since discovered that the Cambodian Pre arrival visa is free, but you pay for the visa in cash at the airport.

I have reported the fraud to my bank. Its a crime thst scammer website are allowed to operate freely

Looks like this is a fraud company and website. No customer support, charges inaccurate amount and keeps charging credit card intermittently.

Doesn't even deserve one star . Was showing $20 for health declaration form and charged me $279 . Impossible to get hold of them . Tried the number, but doesn't exist . Email id invalid. Scammers

Yeah, I had no idea they would do monthly charges or I wouldn't use them. Also, they don't provide a way to stop the payment charges. WTF!! I had to report fraud to my credit card company and shut my card down.

They are a scam. Beware your card will be compromised. I had to change my credit card in order to avoid getting charged their recurring charge again and filed a claim with my bank since my card was charged without my consent.

I would rate this negative if possible. I have never used this service. They swiped my info somehow and are criminals.

They charge a recurring fee every month even though I used the services only once. Complete scam which resulted in me having to cancel my credit card and get a new one issued. Major inconvenience. AWFUL COMPANY!! DO NOT USE THEM!!

J'ai payé 102€ pour 2 visas Thailande et depuis tous les mois on me prélève 44€ en ayant obtenu abusivement mon accord pour un soi-disant abonnement à des services dont je n'ai pas besoin !!! Difficile de déposer une réclamation. Pratique commerciale honteuse ! Fuyez !
