I have just returned from having 20 zicronia crowns. I am really happy with the result. The clinic is super modern and very clean and all great dentists are very experienced. They are perfections, they sent back some of my crowns, as they were not happy with the fit. The price was incredible value and the Hotel is located in the same building, so there is no wasting time going back and forward. Hotel is also great, apartment style and very modern.

My review was deleted, absolute scum of the earth avoid avoid avoid took over a grand to tap my teeth as i didnt want to go ahead with treatment, disgraceful and disrespectful staff

After researching and looking at so many clinics, I’m so glad I chose dental design clinic. I couldn’t be happier with my results!

I chose to have 24 zirconium crowns to improve my shape and colour.

My dentist, Ece, was amazing! She was very thorough and attentive. She checked everything carefully and even redid my crowns when she felt they didn’t look quite right. That really showed her commitment to quality and patient satisfaction. The pain management was minimal and very manageable throughout the process.

The hotel was just a 45-second walk from the clinic, which made everything so convenient. The staff I initially booked with were incredibly helpful, offering support and guidance every step of the way.

One thing I would mention is to be prepared for potential additional costs. I needed a night guard due to grinding, and although I didn’t initially require a root canal, I experienced some pain afterwards and ended up needing one. However, they handled it professionally and gave me a generous discount.

Overall, I highly recommend this clinic to anyone considering treatment!

I chose this dentist because I had a previous surgery with the same company group. I can not fault any of my journey. From the first contact, to that last good bye was amazing. My dentist sang to me as he did my treatment! He kept me calm and even when he wasn't happy with my new top teeth, he made them redo them so they would fit perfectly. Thank you!!

Disgraceful trying to add in extra treatments and payments, then taking money for treatment that didn’t go ahead. Stay well clear. Awful experience

As a patient with a real phobia of dentists I can honestly say, Gozde dent is the most professional, caring, compassionate dentist I've ever been to. I highly recommend this practice if you want good advice, good treatment and aftercare. After thorough examination, xray and 3D scan it was advised implants would be more beneficial long term. Unlike the UK you are not rushed with your appointments no matter how busy, it's all at your pace. These dentists are state of the art and spotlessly clean .The procedure was totally painless and the dentist was amazing, gentle reasuring. I loved Dr Didem singing 🙂 Dr Didem is my prosthesis specialist. Dr Ergun was my dentist who was amazing and very reassuring and I felt very safe in his hands. I was given ample pain medication and antibiotics after the procedures. Im absolutely happy with my temporary teeth and cant wait to return for my permanents. Batuhan yetki is my medical coordinator and was an amazing support from the very first day, his English is excellent so communication was never an issue. Following up on my progress once I returned home( thankyou❤️) You get to stay in a lovely hotel in beautiful Izmir, it's safe and very friendly with beautiful food and traditional bazzare and cafes.❤️" Excellent experience, I can't praise them enough

The staff and everyone that was part of the team were amazing , made me feel so comfortable and so at home ! My dentists were extremely understanding and supportive anything that I wasn’t sure of they would explain throughout the whole process made sure I wasn’t in pain and they achieved exactly what I wanted with my teeth I’m so happy with the results would definitely recommend to everyone I know !

I had my final treatment 1 year ago and i dont know why i havnt left a review but i just felt compelled to share my experience. I started my journey in April 24 and finished treatment in September 24. I have had years and years of dental problems, spent who only knows on UK dentist’s. When i arrived my dental plan changed, i wasnt surprised because my UK dentist had told me the same. Anyway after some hardcore negotiations i opted for implants. Painful yes but the end result absolutely brilliant. I actually get complimented on my teeth and rather than hiding crowns that had moved i smile again. I wasnt brave enough for top and bottom but i will return one day and i would recommend the dentist to friends and family. Be prepared to hang out in the dentist and be toothless for a few days but Izmir is a great place to visit. One year later big thank you to everyone who administered the treatment Nicola

I contacted several dental adverts as my teeth were in a very poor condition. Most of them were far too pushy and phone calls after phone calls and it kind of puts you off. However, I contacted Gozde Dent and I was messaged by such a polite young woman called Ece. She wasn't pushy and very sympathetic to my situation. She was the reason why I chose this specific dental surgery and it was the best decision I have ever made. They paid my flight, hotel was fabulous all the staff from reception to dentists were brilliant and explained everything to me clearly. I have weak bone structure so I have to wait for my implants to fuse to the bone before I get my new smile but I cannot wait to go back to this wonderful surgery and complete my treatment. I’m genuinely disappointed with the treatment I got from Efe, I think he’s horrible at his job, I contacted Gozde regarding get my teeth done and I wasn’t even sure about it but Efe kept assuring me that they were the best clinic and I would be happy with the treatment, he literally sent me texts and was bugging me twice a day saying I should pay a deposit and secure my spot. After about a month, I paid the deposit to get my teeth done, but I was forwarded to another female consultant in Gozde that advices me professionally not to go for crowns as my teeth wasn’t to bad, she said I should go for aligners instead that can also be done in the uk, I was thankful to her for the advice and agreed with her, I now kindly asked for a refund. She said she was going to speak to the financial team.
Me asking for a deposit refund made sense because after I had paid they said I shouldn’t get the crowns and I was like okay that’s fine but why did you say I can get it the first time?
Anyway let me have my deposit back since you’ve says I can’t have the crowns. Efe started ignoring me, stopped texting, he was giving silly excuses saying he has been very sick, saying he’s in a meeting with his manager, saying his mother is ill, all sorts of unprofessionalism, I said please I need to have my refund because the dentist said I shouldn’t have crowns. I kept asking him if I could get my refund because he was my consultant but he totally ignored me completely changing from the person that was texting me like three times a day about coming to the hospital from the beginning, he just proved to me that he has collected the deposit so I can go away. I texted him yesterday and today he didn’t reply anything and also two days ago. This is very bad and I feel like the hospital has to do something about this situation. I just need my refund as I have been turn down from getting the crowns please.

Great service, starting with the receptionist, all the way through. Am really in love with the gret job they did, I feel more confident about my smile.

The specialized and technical staff are highly professional and welcoming. The accommodations are top-notch, and I felt thoroughly looked after.

I have used this Clinic in Izmir for full mouth treatment. I had 9 teeth extraction, implants fitted and full mouth implants zirconium. I am extremely happy with the service provided, excellent infection control procedures. I work as a nurse so I observed everything before I started treatment. The implants were adjusted to my requirements and the colour is natural as I wanted. The communication was in English so no language barriers, also no pain as I had plenty of anaesthetic. The Doctors that I have used are these: Dr Aydin Sarag, Dr Divem Oguz and Dr Helin Ozkan. My consultant contact for arranging it all is Piril.

I had 12 inplants the staff was very caring understanding and reassuring,My medical consultant Alp helped this journey to be much easier and he helped with any questions i had before and i had plenty of questions he was brilliant the hotel was very comfortable and the breakfast was good with fresh omlettes being cooked to order which helped as soft food was needed, im due to go back the end of june to have my temporarys out and my permanent new teeth in , im.very excited although i only have my temporarys in at the moment it has already changed my life and given me back my smile no more hiding behind my hand for me, so my opinion is if your thinking of having dental treatment done, gozde dental will definitely be the best decision you can make, good luck with your journey

Firstly I was recommended to Gozde international dentists by a friend and the service, attention to detail, value for money and how they made me welcome was just outstanding. They have taken there time with me and guided me through every step of the way explaining the why also.

Alp is a great co-ordinator and will ensure you are looked after correctly

Damla makes sure you have timely appointments and transfers

And lastly but not least the staff inside the dentist are lovely.
