Fake plugins. gpldownloads just download items from yukapo and change the version number manually. everything turned out to be fake. a nightmare
Edit: NO I AM NOT TALKING ABOUT ANOTHER DOMAIN. The only thing you do is trying to deny every bad review by saying it's fake or a competitor but you have let them verify each review via the trustpilot feature and they have to proof themselves. So every bad review here is more than true!!!!

I'll be honest, I was a little nervous to make a purchase after reading some of the reviews. That being said, the process is easy, and paying via paypal really helped to calm my nerves. They delivered exactly what I ordered within a few minutes. I have my plugin already running, and all seems well.

From my experience, they delivered what I ordered without hassle or delay. I will very likely make additional purchases from them again.

Deceptive website. GPLDownloads is a deceptive website with no remorse for its clients. They ban all your accounts without any notice and their customer support is way too rude. When you ask them a simple question about installing a theme, you don't get an answer or it will be a harsh one.

Very basic questions are not being answered. Why I don't give a one-star review? Because their repository is quite big, that's only the unique advantage of this scam-fest website.

hello this service took my money. slow download speed, took my money without activating my account, responses are slow, download speed is slow, i do not recommend this service at all

GPL Downloads is a nightmare. They block your account without getting notified. Their support is not available when you need help. RUDE RUDE!! Their response time is VERY slow and this is really bad for my WordPress website. I PAID for ONE YEAR!!! I couldn't even download for a month, they took $99 FROM ME. I think they are a bunch of scammers.

This is the worst GPL website so far. We've been a customer for a very long time and out of a sudden I noticed that they changed my account into a guest account. I don't know what it means, but we're not able to download anymore.

This is why GPL Downloads is NOT recommended:

1. Rude and unhelpful customer support.
2. Accounts will be banned without any further notice. We're filling a chargeback with our bank company.
3. This company will take your money without delivering what's being advertised.
4. Slow download speeds.
5. They change the design of the website every month. Download buttons are in weird colors.
6. Bad communication: when you got an issue, they act rude and don't help you at all.

The owner of this website keeps reporting this review. While I keep editing it, I will make sure it will be kept online 100%. This website is not worth my money, they blocked my account and the owner ran away with it.

On the first look, this site looks great. It seems to have a ton of different plugins and the annual fee is low.

Let’s make this quick. The fee is low because the owner of the site does not care. Plugins are up to a few versions behind and you receive popular plugins with instruction on how to hack them.

Basically, you pay for nothing. If you want to hack software, you can just go to the dark web and get this “service” for free.

The site owner suggest this as the reason that you have to modify your plugins. (this can be found in their FAQ section). It’s pretty nonsensical as you have to trust a vendor because you have no idea if a file has been altered or not.

An all GPL sites (besides this one) give you working plugins. Once you notice you paid for nothing, you will not get a refund.

GPL Downloads does not offer support, pay programmers or own any staff. The very nature of a GPL site is to offer working plugins. And to update them timely.

In this “easy money” field, you will find some scammers. Sadly, at the point when I fell for this site, there was no honest review available.

GPL Downloads cancelled my account soon after I signed up with no explanation, did not respond to my tickets, so had to call the office in the UK where i spoke to the owner of the website, where he was hostile, shouted at me and said that i should read the user agreement that I agreed to, and that my account was permanently cancelled as i breached the agreement. This is totally false, I didnt do anything wrong. I also recommended a friend to GPL downloads who also signed up and had a very similar cancellation of their account. This is very wrong and its no surprise why they stopped accepting paypal payments, so they can cancel peoples accounts while taking their money without having to deal with refunds. Avoid doing business with GPL downloads, they will just take your money.

GPL downloads it's the better tools provider for web designers. Al files are safe and the support to new versions are always up to date. I'm working with them for more than a year and I'm glad for the service. 100% recomendeed. There's a lot of sites that gives free tools but the files are unsafe; here you can trust in every file.

Recommended, large quantity and quality of items in addition to the support service is very good.

We cannot always pay for plugins for testing purposes before testing on a live site. Many plugins and themes don't even have proper refund policies. So, GPLD is very helpful for me to try themes and plugins before buying from the original developer. Also, we can use some too-pricy plugins until we get enough budget for buying those plugins. Most importantly, we need to rely on a site that provides themes and plugins without any malicious codes. So, if you are looking for a best source, then GPLD is one you can rely on.
