I’ve already ordered several items through Grabr, and besides the joy of receiving them, there’s also the exchange of information with travelers, which is usually enriching! I highly recommend it!

Easy to buy, easy to receive.

Apenas continuem sendo atenciosos e competentes! Achei que fosse ter complicacoes no meu caso, mas pedi ajuda ao suporte que me orientou e ficou de olho ate eu dizer que estava concluido, alem de me instruir com bug de login e trocou email da minha conta para que eu pudesse logar novamente.

The only downside is that the traveler is free to buy the product I ordered from anywhere. It’s not an issue if they find the same product at a lower price elsewhere or in a physical store, even though the amount I pay is based on the price listed in the ad attached to my order. The problem is the risk of them purchasing a different product than the one in the ad I provided. In the end, everything worked out fine, but I was concerned when I found out that the traveler didn’t buy the product through the ad I shared, as there was a real possibility that they could have bought something different from what I requested (e.g., an older version, clearance item, refurbished, display unit, etc.). If there were a way to lock this in, it would provide extra security for the buyer.

EDIT: Finalmente me reintegraron el dinero, tuve una mala experiencia al intentar usar la tarjeta prepaga, PERO la cuenta corriente con mastercard ningun problema hasta ahora...

I made my first purchase days ago, and instead of sending me a confirmation email, they asked me to send sensitive information (my ID, card used, and a video of myself holding my ID and credit card to the camera) I've paid for services with Stripe (Grabr's payment processor) for five years and I never received such requests. So, I refused to send Grabr support any sensitive data.

Five days later, I got the refund email, but my account was blocked because I refused to share sensitive information.

This request is nowhere to be found on the app ToS, no matter what Grabr support claims in their replies.

Don't be fooled: Stripe only asks for your passport or ID picture to create a merchant account, not to make payments as a final user. Stay away from this shady app.

Awesome service, used it many times and never got disappointed. Even when things went wrong (ironically on my first order), Grabr refunded me the whole transaction amount. And you can split payment in 12x installments no interest rates, that also is awesome. Thanks Grabr!

Estou aguardando há um mês uma solução para o meu problema. Trouxe um produto para um comprador de outro estado, só vim a saber quando cheguei e ele pediu para enviar pelo correio. Eu disse que somente o faria se ele confirmasse no aplicativo o recebimento. Ele disse que somente o faria quando recebesse o produto. Solicitei a ajuda da GRABR e até o momento não me responderam como devo proceder neste caso.
