Great communication and friendly service!

From the initial walk-thru to get an indication of size and cost, right through to picking up all of our items, Grace Gold Coast have been phenomenal.

Not only were they spot on with their cubic metre sizing, (amazing!!!) but they provided boxes, tape, bubble wrap and packed all of our lose items into large porta robe boxes for ease of transport/unpacking.

They are a totally professional unit, super easy to work with, very accommodating and they made the whole process of moving interstate an enjoyable, easy (and stress-free) experience.

Highly recommend using Grace Removals for your move, large or small - a great bunch of guys who went over and above to make our job easy.

They packed up all my possessions in boxes and nothing broke in transit. All empty boxes did get collected by a very friendly team a couple of days ago.

We have moved interstate with Grace several times over the last 30 years and they never disappoint in their excellent, highly efficient, competent, and friendly service. We have various valuable items of furniture collected over 50 years of marriage and we would not entrust them to any other removals company. Great communication by staff re: changes from customer, delays and staff that are friendly and very experienced. In particular, Daniel Venables who did my initial quote and was my contact person from Gold Coast, was always very quick to reply to emails and make a number of changes I needed (some being my fault) without any concerns. Also, Mathew Ferrari who was in contact with me regularly about the flood and train line delays has continuously kept me informed about the progress. I feel like both these staff went over and above to help me with my move which made a potentially very stressful experience quite straightforward.

All the staff at Grace were professional, courteous and respectful and I was kept informed at all times. An interstate move, including my dog, was made to feel easy and all the anxiety was taken away. Many thanks to such a great team.

We had a great team David and Jackson help us with our move into a 3 story town house. Lots of stairs and a bit tricky with turning the big items. They were incredibly considerate of the property and planned how to get things around the tight corners so as not to mark the walls. They were excellent. They had great energy were very friendly and took the work in their stride. We were very grateful to have them on our team for the day. The job was completed in about 3 hours. Super quick and efficient. I can highly recommend Grace removals.

Grace GC are excellent and well priced. Daniel provided a great service and the movers on the day were professional and polite. Much better than Crown who use contract movers and were terrible in comparison to Grace.

Top job all round

Moving crews were great, helpful, careful, swift and efficient. When an item was left behind when interstate delivery made, could not be more helpful to rectify the situation, and also helpful when it came to retrieving items from storage. Also, the only company I could find who insured for self packing, as opposed to removalists packing everything.

Once we signed the contact everything progressed like clockwork; the packing, the collection, storage, delivery to new premises and unpacking. Communication was excellent and the manners and courtesy shown by all staff was above reproach - they were like dealing with family, so friendly and approachable and after delivery they followed up to make sure we were happy and that everything was in good condition. We would highly recommend Grace and from our experience there could be none better in the business.

They underpromise and over achieve. Very personable service. They were always on time and very generous with last minute requests. Top company!!
