Got an iMac and there were a few additional marks on the screen due to it being a high gloss screen during delivery. She was willing to replace or give a partial refund of 10%, can't ask fairer than that. Business with them again anytime, thank you. Loyal customer here, I will return! The customer service is really good, prompt, fast and really helpful. Recently bought a dell xps laptop and it was really good, but lack of ports had to return it and it was hassle free in doing so.

Purchase was excellent and reasonably priced
Purchased a tower PC from them, ordering was very easy and pricing very acceptable. Received the item free next day delivery, it was packed in original box which was inside a larger box for protection. Item which was a grade B was in very good condition, some slight marks which you would expect but no physical damage. Inside was very clean, no dust, looked like as new and item powered up and works as it should. Thank you Grade A Technology for a nice piece of equipment. Regards David
