I recently bought my first car from here and couldn’t be happier with the whole experience. Dave was amazing to deal with and was really friendly and helpful throughout the process.

I drove away the same day in a lovely DS3. It came with a recent MOT, a full tank of fuel and was exceptionally clean and in amazing condition! The car had very low mileage for a price you simply couldn’t resist.

Where to start?

From the initial enquiry, Dave was very personable and professional, answering every question, be it by telephone call or message within hours of it being sent. He is a very reasonable and understanding person who went above and beyond in his customer service.

Dave provided us with a low mileage family car that stood the test of a 90 mile drive home on motorways and in traffic with absolutely no faults. The car was exactly as described and Dave ensured that it came with a timing belt and water pump change and a new MOT and gave us a very fair deal on our traded in car.

What stood out more, was the fact that Dave was not only an approachable friendly person, he was not pushy and provided tea/ coffee on site whilst discussing the cars and he allowed us to move at our pace and was quite happy to go through all the paperwork in the comfort of his immaculate show room.

We would highly recommend Dave and you should seriously consider him prior to going to other car dealers as what you ask for, is what you get and he is a modern old skool business owner with an excellent showroom.

It is evident from the off that he takes pride in his business, as he should, as we had an excellent experience all round.

His vehicles are well presented and reasonably priced and I repeat, the vehicle was as described and you get what you ask for. Will definitely use Dave again in the future. Certainly worth our journey and would highly recommend Dave and the Grange Automotive. Thank you for a wonderful experience.

I recently purchased my car from Grange Automotive on 15th April, and I honestly couldn’t be happier with the experience. David provided absolutely outstanding customer service from start to finish.

He went above and beyond to make everything easy and stress-free. The car was prepared to a very high standard — it came with a full year MOT, was fully serviced, had refurbished tyres, a full tank of petrol, and even included a 6-month warranty. The car itself is a 2011 model with very low mileage (just 56,356) and only one previous lady owner, which gave me great confidence in my purchase.

What really stood out was David’s kindness and willingness to help. My previous car had just failed its MOT on 13th April, and the repair costs were going to be more than the car was worth. David kindly brought the Fiat to my workplace for me to view, and then the following day delivered it straight to my home. He also offered me a fair price for my old car and took it away, solving both my old and new car problems in one go.

His honesty, generosity, and genuine care made the whole process seamless. This is truly first-class service, and I’m incredibly grateful.
