Exceptional assistance from both the office team and the installers! They were incredibly accommodating. Additionally, their pricing is unbeatable anywhere in the UK. I wholeheartedly endorse their services.

The team providing customer service was incredibly approachable and swift in addressing any inquiries or issues. Initially, the estimate they provided was much more affordable than others we explored for similar products, although it did rise after taking actual measurements (not just the ones from the plans). Remarkably, the installation was completed right on the scheduled time, and the installers, who had traveled overnight to reach us, maintained a cheerful demeanor. Overall, we are extremely satisfied.

Granite zone were absolutely fantastic, the best price in Greater Manchester . Claire on the admin was brilliant, so friendly and went the extra mile in order to fit me in early for my template . Lots of comms , everything just kept simple , with proper customer service , it’s been years since I’ve had service like this and it’s the way it should be .

Gavin the fitter was clean and tidy , and did a brilliant job …. It makes the kitchen really stand out

We paid a deposit towards a quartz worktop and due to teething issues with flooring & electrics it was over 2 months before they were installed. Granite Zone were very patient & at no point did they ever press us as to when we would be ready.

It was a week between templating & installation & what a fantastic job the fitters have done (Luke & I apologise, I didn’t get his colleagues name). The worktops look superb, they’re absolutely pristine!

Would highly recommend Granite Zone, the customer service has been excellent, the prices very reasonable & installation to an exceedingly high standard. Thank you for transforming our kitchen!

Great service from start to finish. Was sent various samples by Jess initially which was really helpful. She listened and understood all our needs and was willing to put on hold our order for a few months whilst we sorted out fitting our own kitchen which saved us a fortune. She didn’t have to do this for us so thank you. Then the process throughout was so simple and granite zone was in contact with me through the process to make sure things were as I wanted.
The installers were great keeping me informed of what they were doing and answered any questions I had for them. The installation was great and the quality is fantastic. We are already loving our new worktops. Once again thank you to everyone at granite zone. It’s great to see a local company who provides great care and service.

The service was great from the start to finish, really helpful with every aspect from the first communication to the installation. The installation team Shane and Gareth was fantastic, the end result amazing. Would highly recommend.

The sales and installation process was very smooth for us and turned around in relatively quick timescale. Great price compared to major kitchen retailers.

We had some minor issues with damage to our hob but this has been rectified by the team who genuinely do care about providing the best service possible, therefore we would still recommend them.

From me placing my order to having the quartz fitted was about one month. I had to wait for the templater, then wait again for a fitting date. So a month without a sink, washer or hob is a difficult situation, especially if you have a family to feed. Looks great now it has been fitted but as I say if you use laminate or compact laminate your kitchen is completed by the kitchen fitter straight away.

I must give a shout out to the Granite Zone team for turning a miscommunication involving a completed order what was supposed to be ready for collection into a super effort to complete the unfinished order with one hour of my arrival at the workshop. All staff were committed to delivering a high quality product within the agreed timescale. I recommend this company

Can’t recommend Granitezone highly enough. Great service from start to finish from showroom, to quoting, booking, measuring and fitting. Their sales representative Gerald was so knowledgeable and friendly he really knew his stuff, didn’t pressure us was patient and so helpful and ensured we got the best price, coming in a few hundred pound less other companies we had been quoted by. The process was professional and quick. Natalie in the office kept me up to date and informed of times and how the pieces were coming along in the warehouse .They came out to measure on the Monday and our beautiful calacatta quartz tops were fitted on the Thursday. The installation team were professional and friendly and had the counter top and island fitted within half an hour. The counters are beautiful and we've had so many compliments I wouldn't and haven't hesitated to recommend .

Had a kitchen worktop fitted by Mark and Luke of Granitezone, Oldham. Absolutely fantastic job and we couldn’t have asked for better fitter’s than Mark and Luke. Can’t stop looking at the kitchen……it’s incredible.

Granite Zone staff were very helpful and professional, from us visiting the company to viewing the slabs. They also contacted us prior to cutting the slabs, to try and incorporate our preferences regarding the random veining being used for certain surfaces in our kitchen. Through this useful liaison and with the assistance of the two fitters, who took great care and paid attention to detail installing the worktops, we are very pleased with the completed kitchen surfaces.

Absolutely brilliant company the people are very friendly and communication is excellent the price is really good and product along with fitting is absolutely quality 100% would recommend these guys

The customer service staff were very friendly and quick to respond to any concerns or questions. The quote was significantly lower than other quotes we received for the same sort of product even though it increased after the actual measurement (i.e. not the measurement from the plans). The installation was just within the timeframe quoted and the installers were friendly despite driving through the night to get to us! Very pleased over all.

Excellent from start to finish. Great price, service, product and finishing. Cannot fault Granite Zone, especially after they bailed us out of a very tricky pre Christmas situation.
