Customer service was terrible
Customer service was terrible, like none. Was cancelling this order as i purchased a new bike instead.. sent couple of messages and emails..... with no response at all. Decal arrived couple of weeks.

Hi,
You placed an order for 2 sets on the 14th June.
These arrived with you on the 3rd July from the UK to Canada.
We have searched all e-mails inluding support tickets and can not find a single e-mail from yourself either asking to cancel the order or mentioning that we had not replied to you.
It seems a little strange that 18 days after the order arrived, you have taken to Trustpilot to mention this.
We cut and sent you the correct order to you in good time but you seem to have decided to purchase a new bike after ordering 2 identical sets of decals.
There is simply no trace of any contact from you.

Good material, old design.
Good material, easy to apply and colour as expected. Pity the old design is used for the Orbea text. The "R" doesn't look like that any more.

I thought Graphics Direct were awesome, as well as the standard sticker kit I ordered, they helped me design some additional custom graphics in addition to my main order, this was through a few emails and they sent some mock-ups for me to view and approve.
I'd use them again in a heartbeat.

I'm finding this very strange. We have had no reports from you about this.
If the decals were sent in the wrong colour, Why did you not contact us to have them rplaced ? I can see from your order that you chose "Flat Pastel Blue".
For an expensive set I would have e-mailed us at support@graphicsdirect.com as soon as I opened the postal tube.
You have managed to find the time to write a 1 Star reveiw here but not contacted us all about the decals. ? Seems very odd. Please do get in touch.
