These are amazing. I love to cook them with cabbage and onions. Sort of a Greek and Southern US fusion. The packaging is difficult because of the volume. I make two recipes so I repackage to thaw separately.

We love these savory, dense and somewhat spicy lamb sausages. Excellent among all thew sausages available.
