Consistently a good cut of meat, cube these up, throw them on the smoker with your favorite rub and a little sauce at the end. Makes amazing burnt ends.

First time buying and eating pork belly. A little chewier than I expected, but the flavor and the fat were fine.
It looked very good. Anxious to try it.
It is better tasting then big market bought. It is more expensive then the store bought conventional meat, but for the quality it's worth the money. I smoke the Pork Belly and it is delicious.
Pork belly, this pork belly is very high-quality. I love pork belly not everybody does I do and this is a good one
