The family gravestone is yet to cleaned and repaired, but felt I should mention the customer service leading up to it from GraveClean.
I spoke to Roy on the phone and he went above and beyond to make me feel at ease and comfortable with the process of getting our family gravestone looking presentable.
We are awaiting the work to be done and are looking forward to the final results, but judging by previous reviews, I expect we will be more than satisfied.

A great service for restoring faded lettering
I had been concerned for the fading lettering on my wife’s cremation stone for some time and planned to try to repaint it myself so it was a great relief to find someone to do it as I no longer live in the area. After the initial enquiry I spoke direct to the operator who was in the area and got good vibes. The resultant finish evidenced by photographs was excellent.

Exceptional service.
From start to finish GraveClean were amazing. Roy, who I first spoke to was kind and compassionate. He gave me clear information about what they do, timescales and the cost. There was no pressure sales and I was able to talk about my loved one.

Neglected far too long!
After years of neglect we finally found a company that could restore our parents grave stone and to be honest we are all happy with the end results. Our parents were very proud people and I know that they will equally be proud of their grave stone.
