Roy,Lynne and the team were amazing from start to finish not only did they do a fabulous job on my mum and dads headstone , which now looks brand new, but also the communication was first class.
They showed Careful consideration and compassion throughout the process which was easy and seamless.

Great service….right from the first call they told me all that they would do. They kept me informed even phoned to let me know when they would be doing it. Then they sent me a photo to show it had been done. So pleased with the service from the start to the finish. Well done!

The writing in gold was good but the…
The writing in gold was good but the headstone could have cleaned better especially the top it didn’t look any cleaner from my last visit. The quotes were not as requested and after several attempts to clarify what went wrong they do admit the quotes were confusing and want an extra £50 to go back and clean the headstone which they didn’t do. I cannot recommend this company.

Was a little apprehensive at first after picking GraveClean randomly off the internet however from the initial contact, through to the completion of the work they have been very professional. My mom and I were very pleased with the work carried out and would highly recommend.

Contacted GraveClean to see what they could do with my grandparents stone as it had deteriorated badly and I'm so glad I did. There was no pressure from the initial quote and everything was easy. Professional Service Despite Some Delays
I’m happy with the results from the after photo. I haven’t been to see it in person yet, but I’ll be visiting next week.
There were some delays, and it took two site visits to complete the re-gilding. However, the friendly staff kept me informed throughout the process, which I appreciated.
Would I use Graveclean again? Yes, I would. That said, I wasn’t keen on the lengthy delay or the fact that the work couldn’t be completed in a single visit. I was having the restoration done as a surprise for my aunt, but unfortunately she saw it before it was finished, which was a little disappointing. That said, these things happen, and now that it’s complete I’m pleased with the final result.

Great service. Great communication. My dad’s stone was beyond cleaning, but when we lost mum, we ordered a new stone, with mum added to it, through GraveClean. We just provided the wording and location and they dealt with everything. Easy, pain-free and a good price

The staff! Everyone I spoke to was extremely helpful and friendly....and patient! I would particularly.mention Roy who is exactly the right "first port of call" for new clients to talk to. He has empathy. friendliness and humour on what can be a difficult time for a bereaved person as a Grave of a loved on is very precious. Sam is another friendly, helpful guy, also very efficient and understanding if a problem arises and gets it sorted. I only spoke to Lynn a couple of times but she was very helpful and has a great sense of humour...again something needed to make things easier if needed. The work carried out on my daughter's grave is absolutely beautiful and bearing in mind the amount of gold leaf lettering on it, it was left in a spotless condition which was wonderful to see as we approached it. I cannot Thank Everyone at Grave Clean enough.
