The individual staff were excellent - very helpful and friendly. The system itself was difficult to navigate, in finding actual locations product information and contact details.

Website is easy to navigate and see what's happening with your bids. Pricing is transparent about buyers premium, GST, and freight (if applicable). Pickup in person was a straightforward and pleasant process.

If I could rate lower I would.
1st purchase with them. Never will again.
Incorrect item delivered. Customer service ? Well they will get back to me in 1-2 days. That was a week and a half ago.
Not answering phone. No email reply.
Utter rubbish. Beware. Gonna claim my money back through card insurance.
Our rep was very attentive from start to finish making the experience pleasant especially as we were communicating from Perth

The tablet is as described. The long wait time of over one week for it to be delivered was disappointing. Arrival it was processed to be left in a secure place deemed by the postie if we were not home. Thankfully our postman left it behind a plant at our front door. Grays had not packed the tablet in any form of padded bag or box. It was sent in its own box fully seen what the parcel was. Why send an item of significant cost displayed. Overall the delay of its arrival and not sent with care.

I placed an order on Sunday 5th. Oct. 25 for 6 bottles of Grant Burge Filsell shiraz 2022. It is now Sunday 12th. Oct. 2022 and not a word when delivery will take place. Further more I have read your company has been placed into receivership. I would appreciate an answer as to when my order will be delivered.

I bought a pearl necklace on your website. The certificate said it was perfect in every way. I paid over 900 yuan for it, but when I received it, I was shocked. It was completely different from what was said in the photo and certificate. Not a single pearl was round. When I contacted you, you said I could send the item back and then tell us the result. However, I sent it three or four times, and you refused to sign for it. I was very disappointed that the item was sent back repeatedly. This also made me dare not go to your website to auction other items, let alone recommend it to my friends.
