This is a bait and switch scam operation. I bought what was described as a soft, cotton button down shirt. The polyester shirt sent had a clown sized collar, stitching was different than pictured, an obviously the shirt’s fabric looked nothing like the picture.

Company asked for photos to process a return. They then denied the return. After my protest they agreed; I’d just have to ship it at my expense to Australia from USA. They could have sent me a box of dog poop and kept their expenses even lower. They are criminals

Ordered a denim shirt and received a flimsly polyester blend. This firm is a bait-and-switch operation. Do not buy from them. Period.

Poor quality, when asked about returns I was informed I’d have to send it to Australia at my expense

The jacket came and did not fit me. I emailed them to return the product and was told that they would not take the jacket back and they use "Asian sizing". That is why id did not fit. Worst company every.

This was one of the worst online shopping experiences I've ever had.
I ordered what was advertised as high-quality clothing and instead received what can only be described as cheap plastic material with some stitching. The items looked absolutely nothing like the photos or descriptions on the website and were completely unwearable.
When I contacted customer service, they acknowledged the issue and offered me a 70% refund, which I accepted just to put the experience behind me. The refund never arrived.
After multiple follow-up emails with no resolution, I filed a chargeback with my credit card company. The company immediately reached out and promised that if I withdrew the chargeback, they would process my refund. Acting in good faith, I withdrew it.
They never sent the refund.
At that point, it became clear that the promises were simply a tactic to get me to abandon my dispute. I paid for quality clothing, received what looked like plastic costume fabric, accepted their proposed resolution, and still never got my money back.
Based on my experience, I would strongly recommend avoiding this company entirely. If something goes wrong with your order, don't expect them to honor their own refund offer, and think very carefully before withdrawing any payment dispute based on promises they make.

They got me too! There are several online retailers trying to pass themselves off as legitimate quality retailers. Their products are not as advertised, very low quality, and they don't give refunds. They start the refund negotiation by offering 10% and suggest that you can provide the item to someone as a gift or sell it to someone else; I wouldn't use the garment on my dog! You might get them to raise the refund to 20 or 30% if you complain enough...then you get the return address somewhere in Asia where you have to pay the high shipping costs! Do lots of research to avoid these scam retailers. This is my third time getting screwed! i dont like going to the store to find limited variety but looks like the best way to avoid scams...

Do not buy clothes from this company. The clothes are made from cheap materials and the descriptions on the site are deliberately misleading. And to make matters worse they are refusing to give me a refund despite their “satisfaction guarantee.” Their customer service team is rude and dismissive. Could not recommend this brand less.

Giving this a 1 star as I cannot rate it as Zero. Feeling so silly to not have checked these reviews before i made the order. Purchased a Voss Vintage Denim shirt which looked like it would be the coolest thing in my wardrobe. Sadly it is the furthest thing from Denim or Vintage or cool. Wouldn't wear it for free, wouldn't gift it to my enemies. Cheap quality shirt, no label, looks straight out of the factory, lousy stitching, poor fabric Woke me up from my social media slumber to post this review. DO NOT BUY

Complete and total scam, I thought I had researched pretty them pretty well but they hide pretty well. They are using methods to scam customers and to avoid tariffs . I am currently trying to work with PayPay for a resolution but didn’t realize the company offering the refund after return of item was in Australia. I am not paying international shipping…apparently they want to either. I have now turned the information and evidence over to federal agencies.

A ridiculously small sized 2XL garment (more like a Medium) has been provided and is of no use. I presented a request for the replacement of the garment in an appropriate size, as ordered and without any sizing indication for consideration provided by the company.
My request has been met with options to spend nearly $50 on postage to return the item (almost as much as was spent on the garment initially) or I can accept a laughable 20% refund.
Neither of these options are acceptable and I continie to request an appropriately sized replacement at no additional al cost to me, which is fair and realistic.
Obviously another company that presents claims to care about customer service and accountability for satisfaction, with vague sizing only to draw in trusting clientele and then steal from them....unfortunate that this seems to be the new way to do business with no accountability whatsoever.
Spend you hard earned $$ elsewhere!!!

As per all the other reviews, the clothing is garbage and straight out of China. Poor quality. Wouldn't be seen dead in them. Nothing like in the pictures. I feel silly not having investigated before ordering!

Just got my pants which i ordered about a week ago, worst quality ever! They don't look that grey as in the picture, they're baggy and a bit short for a size what i usually wear,smells like a chemicals,absolutely stinks! Thought at least i will use them to paint the house,but need to wash them first,afraid to wash it with normal clothes not to destroy my own clothes cause of that bad smell whatever is on them,probably wash together with toilet mat.never recomend to anyone this page!

Low quality clothing. I order two pants and two shirts and all were either 100% polyester or part polyester . Pants had fake pockets so I can’t even put my phone on my back pocket .
The stitching is badly done.
I was told the fabric was cotton . It is not.

The sizing is true to European and western sizing. Grayson Grant is a Chinese company.

They do not have a location in New York City.
They have some cool styles but low quality.

Bought MCKINLEY CORDUROY CARGOS-pants and was expecting that I bought quality from the US as website suggest. Was very surprised that pants were shipped from China and quality you can guess. Got 5 dollar low quality pants for 50 dollars. Don’t buy. Crap! Oh, and should have been shipped within 5 days but took 4 weeks to arrive😂 China crap products with fine web site misleading customers. Oh, forgot! Highlight is the fabric patch that says:

Absolute garbage Chinese clothing which looks nothing like the pictures. Returns have to go to Australia which cost more than the original purchase price. Shipping takes over two weeks from ordering as products come directly from china. Total misrepresentation in their ads and website. unclear return policy and origin of shipping Avoid this company at all costs.

Ordered a hoodie on Feb 7th. Tried to cancel it on 3/2. They told me I couldn't because it had already shipped, lied to me as shipping updated 2 days after initial request to cancel. Had to go all the way to dispute it with PayPal. Even after the dispute they said to PayPal "you can cancel the dispute after delivery" smh. Their customer service is a joke and from looking online the quality of their products is subpar. Do not buy from them.

Product was never shipped. While I reached out and they responded in a timely manner, their excuses were inconsistent and I have had to resort to disputing the charge on my card to get my money back. Nearly 20 days after ordering and no shipment. Feels like fraud. Please avoid.

Company lists a USA based address and phone numbers in New York City on its contact information. Shipment had a New York City return address on it, found to be a warehouse in Queens. Company’s clothing size is horrible at conforming to any standard. I wear medium or large depending on the brand from major know clothing retailers (LL Bean, Patagonia, Polo, Tommy Bahama, Oakley, UA, etc). I order a Large, they ship me an XL and I can barely get it on and zipped up. I try to initiate a return and they suddenly say I will have to pay for return shipping to Australia. Of course they don’t mention this anywhere on their website.
