Nice product, poor communication and delay to delivery date.

Told me they would arrive on a Thursday and to make sure we were home to accept delivery, they didn’t arrive until the Tuesday as they didn’t send out until the Monday. Three days waiting in at home and using Up holiday entitlement 😩

Product itself is good and a much-appreciated present. Unfortunately it was dispatched after the stated date, and the two packages arrived on separate days (this was the courier's fault).

Ordered and paid for a bean bag as it said I t would arrive on a particular day Then got an email saying it wouldn’t arrive till 5 days later. Bean bag is okay but not happy about the delay in delivery as it was a present. Very simple job to do - sell bean bag/make sure it arrives when promised.

After being disappointed by a certain catalogue who could neither offer a delivery nor collection of products offered on their website, I turned to Greatbeanbags for my niece's birthday present. I'm so glad I did!

Whilst a little more expensive, GBB's product was made to order and delivered in good time. I was kept up to date on when it would be made and shipped too.

The beanbag is well made with quality material and a choice of colours and sizes are offered. The medium is comfortable even for my 5'10" frame.

My niece and I are delighted!

Looked for a replacement for our 20yr old beanbag for some time, found the cord one and very satisfied.

Lovely soft corduroy, Very comfortable. Slight delay in delivery, which was understandable, but I was kept well informed.

Good quality item. My son finds it very comfortable and it looks as if it will last. Took a while to arrive but that’s to be expected at the moment and they kept me updated about it.

Brilliant beanbags really filled well my children love them , slight delay with receiving them but was informed regarding this and when they would arrive so great customer service thank you ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I bought an XXL bean bag for my sons bedroom and was very impressed by the size of the bean bag. The delivery was good and the size is amazing 😉. Very happy to recommend. My boys are very impressed aswell.

I ordered a large sofa, arrival was a day later than originally scheduled. Lots of exremely large boxes full of bean bags were delivered. Very difficult to fill the sofa with the bean bags, definitely a two man job. Would be good if you offered a service to pre fill or on delivery. Be careful when filling your sofa, I had two bags burst, beans everywhere. Also, black corduroy looks more like navy blue.

Great product and service - was really helpful that we could order fabric samples first which meant we could choose the perfect colour.
