I would rate my experience 5 star only due to Chelsea whitehead (caretaker at the vibe) helping my issues with my car park fob Iv had to ring up around 9 times for it not to be resolved and she helped me straight away by getting in touch with someone via email ! Thank you Chelsea you go above and beyond!!

My experience with great places is a positive one , my housing manager Aimee has been brilliant, very understanding, supportive and patient , she has helped me adjust with living in my flat,
after years of being homeless .

The repairs team have been brilliantly outstanding and efficient !
when getting any jobs done.
I'm 6 months living in my flat now and I've settled in nicely 👌

The gentleman that did the job made sure that I was totally satisfied on completion and went out his way to clean everything up knowing my disabilities. On time, extremely pleasant and just an all round gentleman.

Arthur rang me to call and explain he was on the way, he was very polite and arrived promptly. Arthur couldnt have been more helpful and resolved my issue immediately. Im very pleased with the work carried out and also pleased with how polite and professional Arthur was!

I had a great experience today with Mary who solved my enquiry in 10 minutes with no complications at all everything went smoothly I really appreciated her assist today .

Arthur did a fantastic job and went above and beyond. Extremely polite and also ensured everywhere was tidied and I was happy with the work that was completed before leaving.

The lads Kyle and Daryl were very professional and helpful and did a brilliant job replacing the fence panels
