If your order with frozen products delayed, do not expect a refund
Those people working for customer service are a joke. They have managed to send my order, with some frozen products, the day that one of the worst storms hit the UK. The order was supposed to be delivered the next day, sent by royal mail, and today 3 days after still waiting my order. The worst think is that when I have email them that I want a refund because those products will be no good for consumption any more, they told me that because they put a couple of ice packs inside, will be good to consume. Really? I think you need food standard agency to your shop to have a little inspection. Still waiting to sort out a refund with them.

Greek Market is sorry your Royal Mail delivery has been delayed.
Your order was scheduled for the delivery day you selected at checkout, which unfortunately coincided with Storm Goretti and widespread weather warnings. Greek Market processed the order for dispatch to meet the selected day; however, severe weather can disrupt carrier's network and delivery timings.
On frozen/chilled items: a delivery delay does not automatically mean food is unsafe. These parcels are packed in insulated gel-pack packaging and the correct way to assess this is the condition on arrival, not assumptions in advance. For that reason, Greek Market cannot process a refund request while a parcel is still in transit and before the contents can be checked.
When the parcel arrives, please open immediately and photograph the gel packs and products as received (a temperature reading if available). If items have fully defrosted and are warm, they should not be consumed. Submit the order number and photos via the website Help & Support contact form and Greek Market will review and resolve any items where there is objective evidence of a cold-chain breach.

Great Shopping Experience
Great service. I was looking for Lays Oregano crisps which are not easy to find in the UK. Found some on Greek Market but they were out of stock. However, there was an option to be emailed when new stock arrived. I did this, not really expecting a response. The following day I was notified that they were now available. The price was excellent and the delivery super quick. So pleased with every step in this process and have no hesitation in recommending this fab little shop!

Can't contact them after an order and Moreover they don't respond to you at all

I have made many purchases from Greek market but the previous time I made an order 60 pounds to avoid the delivery cost on the 12th of November and they didn't have an item (4,27)which reduced the order into 55 sth pounds and instead to contact with me and ask if i want to add sth else , they sent the order and they charged me with the del. Cost. Although i sent them a text, to tell them to send me the whole order on the 25th of November and after because i ordered Christmacy products as well and they confirm that they would send the half of the order initially and the rest on the 25th so they included the del. cost at the second part of the order. I also couldnt get contact with them at all because they delayed a lot to send me the order I had no information at all. I received it on the 2nd of December. I sent them 2 messages and no acknowledgement. Very disappointing if sth happens and I want to reach the customer service so as to modify the order.
Otherwise i had no problem previously to tell the truth

Greek Market is sorry to hear you feel this way. A few points need correcting for clarity:
Free delivery thresholds are value-based. If an item becomes unavailable and is removed/refunded, the order total can drop below the free-delivery threshold and the system will apply the delivery charge automatically under the published pricing rules.
Order changes and “hold until” requests are not accepted by text and cannot always be applied once an order is in processing/dispatch. Requests must be sent via the website Help & Support contact form and before the dispatch cut-off (typically 12:00 noon) to be actioned reliably.
Split shipments may be used when part of an order is available earlier and the remainder follows when stock arrives. This is done to avoid holding customers’ entire order unnecessarily.
Greek Market will not discuss account specifics publicly. If you submit the message again via Help & Support with your order number, Customer Support will review the timeline and the delivery charge application; if anything has been applied incorrectly, it will be corrected.

A great purchase experience

The whole purchase was easy and their communication with me was excellent.
The package arrived on the day stated and within the times given. The book arrived very well packaged. I would buy from them again and would definitely recommend them.
