Poor comms .. no delivery
Poor comms, delivery went missing, delivered to wrong house…. no response to my emails I sent to customer services or the courier when advising they left it in wrong place .. really poor service, not had a chance to try the food but wont bother again

Ouzo candies
Ordered the Ouzo candies and turned up on day expected. Slightly expensive on the postal charge but that's life I guess. Opened them on the bar and my boss took a bag for her exclaiming "my sweets have arrived". Great price and fast delivery with royal mail. Just a bag down but one happy boss.

We replied to your email the same day (please check your spam folder), explaining our Fight Food Waste initiative and provided detailed information about the best-before dates listed on our website for each product. We also offered you the option to return any unopened items for a full refund.
In an effort to address your concerns personally, we attempted to contact you by phone earlier today as well. However, we were unable to discuss the matter as the call was abruptly disconnected.
We noticed that you have since left a review on Trustpilot mentioning that some products were past the expiration date. We are sorry to hear that you are still dissatisfied despite our previous communications and efforts to resolve the issue.
