YES BUY FROM THEM. Listen, it’ll take long to ship and receive it because OF COURSE it will…..They are building it for you so just be patient..couples weeks to a month possibly. Anyways, I bought a custom pc and they were able to stay in contact with me regarding all updates. Updates may take a while (A day or even couple hours) but Anton has been very helpful in contacting back to me, I assume he is the head of green beast gaming. Trust it, buy your PC. Ignore other reviews unless you’re a hard critic. My PC is running best than ever, all my games 240+ fps. 5 stars 🤘🏼

Update 02/16/2026: Going on 20 days without a reply to any of my messages. Will contact lawyer today to make contact with company. Hoping I didn't get scammed out of $10k.

Spent about $10k and was planning on spending more for the overall project I am doing. Zero communication, I have never received a reply from a human via email or chat. I have only received the automatic responses about where my workstation is in the building queue. Had an estimated delivery of 2/3/26, and here we are 9 days later, which isn't a big deal for the most part because this is a custom build. However, last week I received a notice saying that my PC is now being built....I want to know what that actually means. Does that mean a one week turn around time, maybe two weeks, just a general understanding of what to expect. However, I can't get a response them. Their chatbox says "usually reply in a few hours"...they should change that to Never and maybe just get rid of the chatbox since I have never been able to reach a human or get a human to respond. I'm hoping that whenever I receive this workstation the quality is the exact opposite of their communication ability.

Buyer beware!!! This company appears to be a scam. I ordered a PC from this company recently and paid in full, but the PC was never delivered. I have repeatedly attempted to contact the company for information about the delivery, but the company never responds. The company does not appear to be incorporated in Virginia and has no physical mailing address or telephone number. Do not purchase from this company.

Real life customer here. These clowns are trash, this is a scam. I paid $8,600 for a PC on 12/1/25, and it is now 12/25, Christmas. They didn't respond to ANY emails, ANY messages through their site chat, or ANY messages through Facebook Messenger. Not a single one, and I sent MANY. Also, I watched their website over the weeks and they ran a promo with banners and a countdown clock showing how much time you had left to order if you wanted to get your PC by Christmas. I ordered way before that promo campaign and DIDN'T GET ANYTHING by Christmas. RUN FROM THESE CLOWNS. RUN FROM THIS SCAM, RUN FAR FAR AWAY AS FAST AS YOU CAN.

Absolutely no way to contact them. Sent a shipped email. Delivery date came & went with no pc. Never responded to my multiple messages. Cancelled order after 20 days. Zero communication.

Terrible, truly awful, I tried to communicate with them and they never responded, this and they listed my package as being shipped, cause I wanted a refund if it couldn’t be sent by a certain day. They just shipped it after I opened a UPS claim on the package thinking ups had gotten it and the fact their website said shipped. This company is terrible I’ll never recommend, or do business with them again, save your money go somewhere else.

bought a dual 3090 a couple years ago, still works fine today. fair pricing and neat cable management & build. for $3000 or so bulding a dual gpu setup yourself would've been a pain unless you have experience with that. and no way for that price either unless you have friends sourcing you cheap parts under market price.

the lack of order updates at the time was indeed unnerving, and i emailed them about the order status which they replied to next day with ls photo of the build in progress, and follow up questions which they replied to as well. communication is there, but it could be more proactive regarding build status, because they are not a major brand and it makes you wonder if you just got played placing a big order with an unfamilar website for a good deal price - fortunately that wasnt the case, they are selling real stuff and they are still around today...despite the insane market wide RAM price hike.

overall if you need a specific build i'd recommend it. price is fair and build quality is nice. communication exists but if you are worried, reach out for sure.

Financed my purchase, wasn’t satisfied with the lack of communication regarding delays. Requested a refund. Refund was issued. If they can communicate what is going on and work on more accurate shipping dates then I could see trying them again in the future.

Ordered a computer wanted to make changes to upgrade the next day and no response I have emailed several times it’s been 10 days and I don’t have a tracking number. Going to refuse shipment and get a refund. This is no way to do business.

The staff there was super helpful. I am glad I had the patience for them to do thier thing. I am now gaming like i imagined and it was worth every penny. Don't listen to the haters.

This company has been extremely helpful with my very first big investment in a real gaming pc. They were flexible with me making upgrades/changes while in the building stage. Shipping was not very accurate. But! You'll be happy when you receive your package. Trust me!

Ordered a $2k computer on the 19th. Got an email stating it estimated delivery would be either of the past 2 days. They need to fix this system of theirs that gives inaccurate delivery dates. So far, when emailing them about it, I receive NO response at all. Radio silence. Im sitting here wondering if I just lost my 2k. Reading the rest of these reviews doesnt give me hope. Seeming like a startup outfit that doesnt have its basics covered. UPDATE: Received my new pc on 10/3 after order was placed on 9/19. There were a few hiccups with backordered parts and the lack of email response was troublesome, but I did end up getting my computer. It was shipped well packaged, and i only had to reaffix an internal fan to the processor heat sink, otherwise it came in fine. Everything was there, and so far (10/20) its been a great machine. If it werent for the initial false delivery dates, I would say it was a decent experience overall, aside from that lack of response to emails.

I love my PC, they did a great job with the cables and it performs really well. I got a white one and I like how the cables and cooler are also white, I saw many others that cost more and were less pretty inside. It came in about a week.

I bought an expensive computer and it broke after a few weeks. I've been trying to contact them for weeks for repair options and they have not responded. I cannot get a hold of them at all.

7 weeks since my initial request requiring servicing an audio problem and I have not recieved any sort of email or communication from them since. This is affecting not just my headphone port but my USB devices as well. Really not impressed atm.

I feel embarrassed I didn’t read these reviews before buying. I feel taken advantage of. They sent a broken GPU and 3 months later they have not sent any information on how I can return it. I messaged them multiple times with no resolution. I am starting to think they intentionally delay with customer support or are so overwhelmed with refund requests that they have no idea how to help so many people they have let down. Regardless, what they should do is pause all order placements until they can catch up their losses. But since they willingly accept peoples money and do not give refunds readily or have any responsive customer service as promised on their website, it seems fraudulent or at the very least unethical business practice. Disappointing for my first gaming PC and for wanting to support this small business. I regrettably have to say: please stay away from this company. From my experience, they have not kept their promises.

It said it was arriving August 18th its now the 27th and they said its still NOT EVEN SHIPPED it apparently takes 20 days to build a pc which is stupid we contacted them and not answering not even a update in the last 10 days! This is so frustrating it was going to be my first pc im pissed off.
