Easy to work with
Easy to work with. My only 2 complaints would be the daily phone calls, 3-4 daily asking if more funding is needed. And the early payoff option could be made much easier. We would use Greenbox again if needed.

Greenbox Capital is a fantastic lender, they have very competitive rates and terms. I believe they are truly responding to the market climate and client needs. If you don’t work with them as an Iso you should they are often competitive on tier one files as well as tier two.
