Regarding bud size, this particular batch includes a natural mix of bud sizes, including some smaller buds. We’re always transparent about this, and it’s clearly stated in the product description and grading breakdown prior to purchase. While we never send full bags of smalls, size variation is part of the strain and the batch itself, particularly with UK-sourced stock.

Due to ongoing import difficulties, UK stock is currently significantly more expensive. We always aim to give customers the best quality possible while keeping prices fair. Looking at the order, a discount code was also used, which we’re happy to offer as we regularly run strong promotions compared to many UK suppliers. However, offering discounted pricing while also separating out smaller buds simply isn’t feasible doing so would mean increasing prices overall or operating at a loss.

We pack bags fairly and consistently rather than filtering batches, as we believe this is the most honest and sustainable approach.

That said, we’re genuinely sorry it didn’t fully meet your expectations on this occasion. If you’d like to reach out to us directly, we’re always happy to discuss it further and help where we can.

We just wanted to clarify that your order was dispatched on time and handed over to Royal Mail promptly, as shown in the tracking. Unfortunately, once a parcel is with the courier, delivery times are outside of our control — especially during the week after New Year, when Royal Mail experienced delays due to high volumes and poor weather conditions.

We completely understand how frustrating delays can be and we’re always here to help where possible, but we feel the review may be a little unfair given the order was sent correctly and on time from our side.
