Outstanding and Exceptional Service
Firstly we’d like to take the opportunity to thank Sam and the Team at Greenleaf for making our day so special. From the very beginning with planning and discussing our needs and what we were looking for, to the execution of the day and seeing it all in action, Sam and the team have been nothing but exceptional. We’ve known Sam and his brothers a very long time so we had full trust and faith in their services. Each and every guest was blown away by the canapés, dinner and especially the Lamb Chops as starters and couldn’t stop talking about the catering service they received. Our Canadian guests and family were humbled by the hospitality they received by Greenleaf and said they had never tasted such authentic food before. In fact my father In law said he felt like he had been transported back to India with the taste and flavours he had on the night!
Thank you so much once again for creating such a perfect event for us not only with the food, but the whole event management and ensuring all was as smooth as it could be! Perhaps you need to venture out to Montreal and get something going there!! Haha honestly though, all we have left to say is, Sam, and the Greenleaf Team, you are exceptional and outstanding!

Your food and service was excellent this was my second wedding reception with Greenleaf, where we all enjoyed the food and service.
I was disappointed in last night reception at Syon Park venue, when the bar manager refused to serve me coke cola saying that he has not enough cola to serve. This was only 6pm. I was not sure who to complaint. At about 8pm some of the drinks the bar manager refuse to serve.
At 10pm, there was no tea/coffee. When I approached one of the staff, he told me it is not ready and will take some time. Guests were leaving the venue without it.
I am sure you will look into and sort the problem with bar manager.

Regarding the issues you mentioned, it is indeed disappointing to hear that the bar manager was unable to serve Coca-Cola and some other drinks at 6pm. We understand how this could have been frustrating for you and your guests and as for the Bar we only provided the service and your family provided the Drinks and the team were very limited with the coke supplied, however our team should have served you at request. Additionally, the unavailability of tea and coffee at 10pm is certainly not in line with our standards of service, we were serving tea and coffee from 10.30pm and this was the reason to why it was not ready. We truly regret any disappointment or inconvenience these issues may have caused.
Rest assured, we are thoroughly investigating the matter with the bar manager to understand the root causes and ensure that such situations are addressed promptly and effectively in the future. Your feedback serves as a valuable reminder of our commitment to delivering a seamless and enjoyable experience for all our customers.

Greenleaf for my own and families wedding!
I first used Greenleaf for my own wedding 11 years ago and since used a further three times for my brother's weddings. This is not including all other events we have attended catered by Greenleaf. Every time the professionalism displayed by Rehan and the whole team has been superb. Rehan and the team have always worked with us to ensure the day runs as smooth as possible. Emails and calls are responded to quickly, meetings set up with ease and always there to offer advice to help you keep your day stress free.
The food is just the best on the market for wedding catering and in every wedding we have had there have been no faults with the food. I don't say this lightly and we have had many guests rave on about how tasty the food is! I think the proof is in using Greenleaf time and time again. I would not hesitate to recommend and have no doubt we will be using them again in the future!

Outstanding food and service from Greenleaf
I am so pleased we decided to work with Greenleaf for our wedding catering this summer 2023. From the moment we made the enquiry through to the day and post event, Greenleaf were friendly, always responsive and very accommodating to our requirements. We had one guest who was coeliac and one no chilli and they catered to this perfectly. Our meetings with Sammir were so friendly and he took all our comments into consideration. On the day the food was absolutely outstanding! So many guests have complemented the food, from the various canapés which were outstanding through to the delicious mains! Taste buds were tingling
Greenleafs food and service is like no other. Recently Sam and his team catered for my sisters wedding. The Grooms side were from Canada and they all raved about the food. We had kids food which was served first, to ensure all the kids were feed then came the main course. Mind blowing food.

Best decision we made
My partner and I hired Greenleaf to cater for our wedding in Central London, and it was the best decision we made. Sammir and the Greenleaf team have been friendly, professional, extremely knowledgeable about weddings and catering, and made the whole planning process easier for us. The consultation, meetings, information and answers provided have been helpful and detailed, the food during the tasting and the wedding were of superb taste, presentation and quality - and the service and dedication they showed to ensure we had the perfect wedding was noticed and appreciated by our family and friends. Professional, clinical, and amazing food
My wife and I used Greenleaf as our caterers for our wedding. Our event was a roaming reception and thus quite bespoke, involving bowl foods and stalls rather than a traditional sit down meal. We were very anxious about the logistics and food presentation.
However we need not have been given how incredibly Greenleaf handled our special day. There were a few things in particular we would like to call out:
- Food: Hands down the best food we have had at a wedding! Creative, flavourful, very nicely presented! Whether it be canapés, chaat, or traditional Indian fare - it was all delicious. The team also surprised us with a floral salad arrangement with our initials as a design which was very thoughtful.
- Attentiveness: Sammir, Saleem and the entire Greenleaf staff on the day gave Sakshi & I special attention to make sure we got to enjoy their great food. In addition, guests received personal attention and care from the team which was incredibly well received.
- Logistics: The operation was incredibly smooth and clinical on the day - the team were efficient and organised which was so important to us given how bespoke our event was.
Leading up to the day, Sammir was great to deal with. He was very professional and one of the few people who truly got what we were after. He made sure to discuss every detail with myself and Sakshi to make sure our day proceeded perfectly.
A couple of small bits of feedback:
- Cake cutting: We had to go with a baker who would agree to come to the venue to cut the cake given that Greenleaf do not offer cake portioning. Whilst things turned out fine on the day and the staff do help to serve cake, this restricted our choice of baker
- Food tastings: Note that Greenleaf only really allow one food tasting, so do bear that in mind in case you want family to be involved in the process (ie make sure everyone whom you want to sample the food comes to the tasting).
We would recommend Greenleaf in a heartbeat - they made our special day amazing.

The moment we met Sammir at his office, we knew that we were dealing with a professional caterer, who works to high standards and pays attention to detail. No request was too much trouble.
On the day, Saleem and his team delivered every aspect as promised. They worked seamlessly with the venue and we were able to enjoy our son's wedding with confidence. Our guests complemented the food- especially the canapes and the lamb. The service was exemplary from the serving of the canapes, drinks and the main meal to clearing up.
We would have no hesitancy in recommending them.

The best in the game
Rehan was one of the friendliest and most humble vendors we had at our wedding festivities, which is exactly what you need when arranging a wedding! He was incredibly accommodating to us and occasionally went above and beyond. He put a higher priority on delivery and quality than he did on money. The service and food the supplier provided during our Main Wedding day particularly the Chicken Biryani, the Masala Fish, Chaats AND the mojitos were excellent examples of his talent. He, his skills, and cuisine come highly recommended!

Absolutely amazing- made our wedding day. Everyone is still raving about the food post event, especially the lamb! Thank you and your to team for the most incredible and delicious food you guys had made for the event. Everyone loved everything. The welcome drinks were amazing too and such nice way to welcome guest. The service & set up was professional. Our guests are still raving about the wonderful evening. Flawless Service
Standout service from start to finish. Hands on, proactive and helpful with many years of experience. Sammir and the team talk you through all the smaller details, offering advice and suggestions.
We had the pleasure of dealing with Sammir from our initial consultation, first food tasting through to our wedding day. He made sure that all the i’s were dotted and the t’s were crossed.
Our food on the wedding day, was made to the specifications we had discussed from our food tasting. Our guests complimented the food from breakfast through to our reception. Service was impeccable all day and that has to go down to Sammir and Saleem for running a very well ran business!
10/10 service. Would highly recommend to any of our family and friends in the future.

Greenleaf are the best
Sam, Rehan and the Greenleaf team have been my family’s catering and event management team of choice for nearly 20 years.
They pull out all the stops and cater to every request.
Our guests always rave about the quality and excellent taste of food.
Sam and the team most recently catered for a wedding reception in central London for us. We cannot fault any part of the service from prep work to execution on the day. The food and service were excellent - as always!!

Great Food & Service!
I had hired Greenleaf catering for my wedding on the 25th September. Honestly, great service!
On the day of my wedding, Rehan had executed everything I requested for. The starter's were complimented by all the guests, especially the dynamite chicke (recommended by Rehan himself!). The mains and triple dessert where perfect too!
The presentation was 5 star for all the food, also the service from the staff!
I can not fault Greenleaf on the day!
If you are looking for catering for your wedding, go with Greenleaf!
