Initially happy with phone and service but screen broke on the phone within the first week, starting from hairline cracks and spreading. I purchased a case and screen protector when I ordered the phone and never used the phone without having them on. When contacted customer services who were quick to respond but they said that the phone was brand new and not refurbished so it was impossible to have hairline cracks in it but they would get back to me when they have more information, that was over a month ago and still not heard anything.

Fast delivery, phone looks as new. Would recommend! And they threw in a free case, excellent service.

I purchased a refurbished iPhone 12 graded as 'fair'. So glad I didn't waste any money on the 'good' or 'excellent' examples. The phone was delivered with no visible scratches or damage, save a little bit of chipped paint on a camera lens bezel. And who looks that closely at a phone other than yourself anyway?? Battery was at 100%, and the phone even came with an unexpected charging cable and sim removal tool. Excellent service and an excellent product, at a quarter of the price as when it was new a couple of years ago. Will definitely use them again.
