From start to Finish from Dales first visit to the scaffolders and the fitters to the rubbish removers, plasterer and electrician they all provided a very professional job. Ed and Stu the fitters did an amazing job, very polite and helpful. Extremely tidy and again very professional. It a was a pleasure from start to finish, first met Dale at the showroom, he was very informative without being pushy. Having placed an order the billing process was staged, clear and efficient, the sign up and survey process was smooth. Installation took about 3 hours for the frame and door, perfectly done, no clear up or touch up required. 100% recommended (install was 30-03-26)

Our second project delivered by Greenoak, managed very efficiently by Dale, Kathryn and team - thank you to them. Particular thanks go to Mark and Ed for the construction, Dave and Harry for the plastering and Luke and Fraser for the electrics. We found Greenoak as the recommended approved specialist installer of the Hardie Plank robust external cladding system. The process from initial enquiry with Dale through to the excellent installation team of Stewart and Ed was a smooth process. There were a couple of clitches overlooked at time of survey and during the delivery process but these were promptly resolved by the team and myself which did not delay the outstanding finished result, absolutely first class and would highly recommend.

I contacted Greenoak through an advertisement in the Chigwell Life magazine - so they hadn't been recommended/I hadn’t heard of them before - but they were honestly probably the best bunch of workmen I have ever used! They are a supplier & fitter of the supalite conservatory roofs - which I had been researching for a while - their price was competitive but it was their workmanship that really impressed me - friendly & approachable yet professional, clean & tidy & they never complained about anything like many workman do! I’m very pleased with my new roof - it has literally changed my life! Thank you so much Greenoak!

I walked in to the showroom in January and was immediately helped by Dale. Information was supported by documents I could take away and peruse and questions answered on subsequent visits. There was no pressure to sign up and I appreciated Dales honesty and business values. The procedure from start to finish was clearly outlined and ran like clockwork. My conservatory roof was replaced to plan and the interaction of the team working together was exceptional. I have already benefited from the changes with this recent heatwave! So much cooler and to have additional space that is usable all year can only be a bonus and add value to my property. Its a technical and involved process, and the guarantees standing behind the completed product are reassuring. I cannot recommend Greenoak and their team highly enough (in fact my neighbours have already signed up on my recommendation!!)

I recently had new windows, a front door, and Hardie Plank cladding installed by Greenoak Concept & Design on my rental property. From the first meeting with Dale to discuss my requirements, communication was clear, and the whole process felt well-organised and professional.

Ed and Stewart, the team who carried out the project, were professional, polite, and a pleasure to work with. I really appreciated their patience and understanding whenever I had questions or needed time to make decisions. Their attention to detail and the quality of their finish were consistently high throughout—despite having to contend with some very poor weather conditions and a few unforeseen issues. They did seem a little rushed on the final day as they worked to get everything completed on time to move on to their next jobs, but the overall standard remained high.

Greenoak weren’t the cheapest quote I received, but the level of service and workmanship absolutely justified the price. I was also given a fair discount for having all the work done at once, which was a bonus.

I would definitely use Greenoak’s services again and highly recommend them if you're looking for a reliable company that genuinely cares about its customers and takes pride in its work.
