Had a Level 3 survey done. From start to finish the service has been excellent. The office staff, helpful, courteous and highly efficient. Just after the survey of the property, Tony called to give a summary of his findings..much appreciated and quite enlightening. The written report was very thorough, and well presented with photos and detailed explanations. Altogether a positive experience. I would highly recommend them.

I submitted an online request for a quote and was unsure if I needed level 2 or 3; with or without a survey… Sarah called me back and explained everything very clearly based on the information I gave her re the new house and helped me make an informed decision.
