Perfume set ordered early December did not arrive .. several Emails .. & contacted via Instagram message .. no response whatsoever ! Very poor customer service

The sample set is a really cost effective way of finding your favourite fragrance. All of the products are unisex

I have tried and re-ordered these perfumed oils and given them out as gifts. I love them and so do my friends, even those with sensitive skin. My favourite scent is Ethera but they are all so beautiful. They make me feel so special and I will be sure to order them again and again.

I lov the smell it last all day and it is lasting along time as well

Paid £30 for a perfume, never arrived. Emailed many times - no response. Avoid.

I paid for a full set but it never arrived. Despite leaving multiple emails, I got no response.

Didn't receive anything. No response from customer service to my request for tracking info except for emails asking me to leave a review.

I stumbled upon Grives Perfumes through social media and was intrigued by their unique collection. Initially ordered their Florique sample, and I was genuinely impressed by both the fragrance and presentation.

Ordered the 10ml perfume bundle on Monday, I was a little sceptical after reading reviews on here however I was pleasantly surprised, I was kept updated the whole way through the shipment process. The bundle arrived 5 days after ordering and the perfumes smell lovely!

Ordered the sample perfume with their offer of paying £5 just for the postage on 8/10/24
I received an email confirming dispatch on 10/10/24
It’s been 20 days and no item still.
The tracking said ‘waiting for dispatch’ until last week and I’m no longer able to get anything when tracking, as if the tracking doesn’t exist.
I’ve emailed three times in the last two weeks for an update but no reply even though they say they’ll respond in 24hrs.
Not to be trusted, do not order from this company.

Took over two weeks to arrive. Despite filling in their contact form twice to talk try to someone but I had no response either time. Bought via the offer, pay postage and try perfume for free. Paid nearly a fiver postage and then royal mail asked for another £1:50 as sender not payed full postage (only 0.85p) what cheapskates. Received perfume today, nothing special, smells like furniture polish:( Avoid

The fragrances smell absolutely
divine. Really beautiful. Unfortunately the delivery time and communication from customer service let this company down which is a shame because the products are quality items that smell amazing. Ordered on 8th and items didn't arrive until 19th, no replies to emails I sent the company. Honestly if communication about delivery had been better I would have given 5*review because the products are so good..
Hoping Grives take this on board and Improve communication with their customers.

I was expecting 6 fragrances and received 3. Buyer beware

Placed my order on 23rd August, still no sign of it.
When I chased it up on 3rd September the company promised to provide tracking information within 24 hours, since then they are no longer responding to my emails.
I have had to make to claim with PayPal to try and get my money back.

I ordered perfume from them on their special offer from an ad on instagram in July (middle of July). It is now the end of August and I still haven't received my perfume. I contacted them twice through their website, twice via email, with not a single reply. I left messages on their account on instagram. Still, nothing. I had to escalate to PayPal, where they still didn't reply to me directly, but instead put in a (fake?) shipping order with Evri that Evri hasn't received in over a week. I have never been treated so shabbily by any company. No apology and no perfume. Not a peep from them.
