This class is not up to the mark. Although it is advertised as a free online class and started off well, the teaching quality deteriorated day by day. This course is not suitable for freshers or beginners. Anyone starting DevOps or AWS should already have at least 20–30% basic knowledge of cloud concepts and terminology; otherwise, it becomes very difficult to follow the content and feels like learning blindly.
I strongly recommend that freshers or anyone who does not have basic cloud knowledge should not join this class, as it is a waste of time and money. A better option would be to learn from free and well‑structured YouTube online classes.

## **WARNING: Sales Deception & Support Failure at GroTechMinds**

**The Reality Behind the Marketing:**
I am sharing my experience to save other students from the misinformation I faced during the **AI-integrated Multi-Cloud & DevOps** course.

* **Sales Lies (Nawaz):** Their agent, **Nawaz**, promised a dedicated 'HR Pool' and guaranteed job assurance. Management later admitted to me that these were false claims used only to close the sale.
* **The Support Bottleneck:** Technical support is a disaster. There is only one mentor (**Pooja**) for the entire batch. If she is busy or working her 9-to-5, you are stranded.
* **Restricted Support Hours:** Despite "unlimited support" claims, they admitted support is only available from **9:00 AM to 2:00 PM**. If you have a bug in the evening, you are on your own.
* **Communication Suppression:** As soon as students raise concerns, management (Abhishek & Manish Tiwari) locks the WhatsApp groups to **"Admin-only"** to silence us and prevent us from talking to each other.
* **Unethical Pressure:** Management is currently harassing me to delete my honest reviews because they are terrified of the truth going public.

**The Evidence:**
I have preserved all call recordings, screenshots of "Admin-only" lockdowns, and management's admission of sales lies.

**Verdict:** This is a Software Testing institute that lacks the infrastructure and ethics for DevOps training. Do not trust the sales pitch.

The easy way of this aap make my experience best

All you have to do is trust the process. I was looking for a good institute to upgrade my skills and found this video on YouTube, one session and I enrolled in the classes provided by mr Manish kumar Tiwari. He is very knowledgeable and the whole crew is helpful in building conceptual foundations. Will 100% suggest to join these classes.

It is a good place to work friendly environments is there. You will learn so many new things from here .
Here we celebrating all the festivals togethers .
No work load will be there .
All coworkers will friendly like a family.
