I placed a order today for tickets to a event. They took my money out of my account then I received an email stating the order was cancelled. I live chatted customer care who told me unfortunately there was no more tickets available. I said ok so why are u still advertising them. He said sorry your money will be refunded in 10 business days. Yes 10 business days I am supposed to wait for refund completely bull and will never order from them again

WHEN ARE PEOPLE GOING TO LEARN THAT THIS CROWD OF FU-KIN CROOKS WILL DO ANYTHING TO SWINDLE YOU OUT OF YOUR HARD EARNED CASH, I ORDERED A MEMORY FOAM MATTRESS AND PAID FOR IT SAME DAY £159, THAT WAS WEEKS AGO AND IT WAS SUPOSED TO TAKE 8 DAYS, AND DESPITE NUMEROUS EMAILS AND LIVE CHAT STILL NOTHING, NO CUSTOMER SERVICE, NO REFUNDS, PASS THE BUCK EVERY CHANCE THEY GET. HOW THEY ARE ALLOWED TO CONTINUE THIS SHAM IS BEYOND ME,
KEEP YOUR MONEY AND STAY WELL CLEAR OF THESE SCUMBAGS.

Never Again

Terrible experience - item supposedly lost in transit. I only found out this after Groupon sent an email to say it had been refunded. I will never shop with them again. Their customer service is also appalling. They haven’t a clue. All their answers are off a script

Never again!

I purchased some sheepskin moccasins which never arrived. When I finally managed to "speak" to someone I requested a refund as my goods were outside the delivery window and they were a gift. I was put on hold for some time then told that someone would contact me within 7 days to discuss this with me. I refused this course of action and demamded a refund now as they had taken my money and not produced the goods within the delivery window. I was again put on hold while she took yet more advice. She eventually returned to tell me that they would refund me MY money as a one off good will gesture! LOL Stay well clear..........

Their customer service is horrible

Their customer service is horrible. I woke up at 5 am to an email thanking me for my $400 purchase to a resort 5 hours away for the next day. Something i did not purchase. Nobody there was willing to help me. Only thing they would say is sorry but the 9 day cancellation window had already passed. What a joke! They pretty much stole money from my family by me keeping my credit card on file. And they could care less!

Terrible service

Terrible service, really unprofessional . I ordered some toilet papers one month ago after lots of back and forth correspondence in several days, I was given that my order will be cancelled. They’re either incapable of dispatching a simple parcel or they are selling something on their website which they can’t provide, which in this case was toilet rolls. They wasted a lot of my time without any result at the end. Worse Experience ever.

Shipping takes far longer than stated

Shipping takes far longer than stated. Their tracking system is a joke and remains at a standstill for over a week. Their ' Wheres my product?' link has been broken for months, I know because same thing happened months ago Would absolutely never buy from them again.

What a joke!
Cant ship the right colour or size and arrived with serious manufacturing defects (pour stitching and cuts on the inside of pockets)
Pay an exterior few € and use a reputable site like Amazon

Appalling customer service

Very bad customer service, I booked a getaway for my birthday , received the confirmation only to get an email from groupon 2 days before traveling saying there has been an issue processing the order please contact groupon.
So I called customer services initially thinking the person I was talking to was going to put me through to a supervisor however all they did was talk through their script and talk over me then on the pretext of putting me through to a supervisor they CUT ME OFF.
I called back and spoke to a gentleman called “Johnson” to be told that my account has had some issues and been frozen by groupon but could not tell me anything more. I asked to speak to someone about it to be told that the department I need to speak to doesn’t take calls and only communicated via email with Groupon operatives and they would get back to me within 10 days. After telling the operator several time that I was due to travel in 2 days time 21 January 18 they said they couldn’t help me
!!!! WELL DONE GROUPON YOU HAVE JUST RUINED MY BIRTHDAY !!!
Customer services !!! What customers services? First and last time using Groupon. I have a customer service tip for you .......... Please listen to your customers when they are talking, and do not talk over them just because you have a script.

Shocking customer service

Shocking customer service. Ordered 2 items waited weeks for it so i called groupon who said ive all ready received it.so I said show me a copy of siganature. Then they said maybe it was left eith a neighbour. Lol
Didnt even get a refund. Be careful with this company as u may not receive ur item .R.I.P OFF NEVER USING THEM AGAIN .WHAT A JOKE

Don't know why I keep giving this app …

Don't know why I keep giving this app ANOTHER chance.....my new years resolution is to never use it again .......customer service is also awful..... it's ok for vouchers for meals and events and trips away although it's a good idea to call the hotel or airline to make sure the dates u want are available as u will be charged more than Groupon offer as the dates wil no longer be available..... really upset waiting on Christmas gifts which were meant to be delivered two weeks ago ...

RIP OFF

I purchased three items but only received one. After much contact they acknowledged their mistake but won't credit my PayPal account just Groupon credits which I really don't want. I shop online a lot but have never come across this problem. Rubbish company, buyer beware!

Read the reviews before you buy anything from Groupon! I wish I had. Groupon have now had my money for almost 7 weeks for a product I ordered which I suspect they had no intention of fulfilling. I believe they do not have the stock to send to customers but will take your money within minutes and show the order as processing. I have now contacted them on two occasions and have been advised that they have issued a refund. Still no refund and they admit they cannot fulfill the order. Contacted them again and they cite “technical difficulties” for me not having received my refund. I’m told to wait another 7 working days. This is completely unacceptable. They are thieves who are earning interest off your money knowing that they cannot fulfill orders. Then they use delay tactics in order to keep your money for longer. Do not use!

I'm a business owner that used Groupon …

I'm a business owner that used Groupon years ago. They make the business owner reduce their price by 50% -- then Groupon wants 50% of money made. Owner gets 25% of original price of product or service. This was good marketing when it first started and online marketing was becoming the biggest reach to customers. Then Groupon determined 40-45% of customers never redeem coupon, thus making it worthwhile to the business owner. NOW, Groupon keeps 40-50% of revenue earned AND they keep the money never redeemed by customers ULTIMATELY giving them 70-80% of Revenue earned. RIP OFF to a Business since technology has changed and there are so many more ways to market and keep ALL of your revenues. Groupon GO AWAY!!!!

I made 5 purchases on groupon.ie, and only two were delivered. And even though I made several contacts with Groupon through emails and telephone, I did not have any response regarding my requests.

This is the worst ever site to buy …

This is the worst ever site to buy anything. The customer care is absolute non-sense. Never buy anything from here. It does not deserve half-star.

I have made repeated complaints for the selling me fake coupons and no one has a positive response for me for a month now. I have made the complaint for 1 month now and now one seems to be looking into the matter. I was sold food coupon for a shop that was permenately closed. Chat ID 881273122885655827.

HORRIBLE customer service

This is the FIRST time while using Groupon that I have had an issue that was not resolved immediately. While purchasing tickets through Groupon for an upcoming trip to Universal Orlando, I had added three, two park tickets to the cart and when going to check out the website glitched and the transaction had not gone through. I went back later to repurchase the same tickets in two orders of one, two park ticket and another of two, two park tickets after checking my email and credit statement, both showing nothing. This new purchase went through and when I went back to print the vouchers I had noticed that there were three orders (a total of 6 tickets). I called Groupon and spoke with someone who guaranteed that I would receive my refund since the glitch was their fault and she recognized that during our interaction. The refund would be processed for three of the six tickets within 48 hours and when I contacted them in those 48 hours I was then told I cannot get a refund at all. They also said that it would have to be escalated to a "specialized department" who they claimed they couldn't put me into personal contact with, within 72 hours which would go past the day we would use the tickets. The first customer service representative was extremely helpful by listening to our problem and walking us through the process on her end where as the other two representatives were extremely standoffish and were not understanding of the situation and were very unhelpful by bouncing me to different representatives who kept leading me to dead ends. I would recommend not using them and if you do I would call the company to check if the original transaction has gone through before retrying if the system glitches.

Poor poor customer service

I booked a hotel their site had issues it emailed me
order didn not process I tried dif pay methods ect
Anyway never confirmed that purchase went through and I booked w hotels .com
Well next day I find I have 2 rooms booked and Groupon says I can't cancel bc it's hotel policy I told them I emailed u and explained it but when. I didn't hear back and now I f email was sent I figured I better book else were well I got nothing from them other then a claim they tried to have hotel rebate

I m done w them.
I m out of work and live up block from small claims court so I'll be filing tomorrow and c were it goes I'll keep u posted

I m making it my mission to document this entire interaction and be sure to generate enough negative poblicity that it costs them multiple times what my loss was, marketing in order to offset the effects

I'm done w big companies and their employees just dismissing the individual and refusing to take blame they would have saved themselves 10 million if they settled 17 complaints back in 15 u think they would have learned l.

Investors watch this company they have expanded t the brink collapse is evident !
