We hired this agency in August, over $10,000 start-up cost. Over the period of 8-9 weeks we had a total of 10 patients schedule-3 show and 1 sign on for care. The company admitted it was an internal issue with their "setters". At first the data we were receiving was a skewed-metric that wasn't standard. It appears they use a combination of AI and remote employees which means the data gets interpreted and presented in many different forms. The word "optimize" will be used several times as an excuse for why the patients aren't showing. My suggestion-new or well established businesses and clinics should absolutely avoid Grow My Clinics, as they aren't quite sure how to do their job. If I sound critical-look at their website-its been hacked for over 10 days and nothing has been done about it.

I experienced the same service as everyone else I see on here Is having. My company is currently in the process of major lawsuit. They stole our deposit and haven't created anything or followed through on any contractual process in the agreement. They offered us $100 for our budget to shoot videos lol. A martketing company offering $100 for any production is a joke. Grow my clinic Started running Meta AD"s without our approval and they were not accurate as they were cookie cutter AD's we never approved, and we had to harass them for a call for two weeks to even see these ad's we were waiting for 4 weeks on. 3 hours later they put them live without authorization. We saw the Facebook charges the next day and personally had to stop them. Took them a full day to respond and appoligize. They stated a new company as well. Sean Cruz, Desmond, down to everyone single person on their team is all scammers. Stay away
