This company does not do what it portrays.
This company does not do what it promises. Told me they would work with my creditors to get me out of credit card debt. I've been with them almost a year and they've only settled 3 of my 12 cards! My credit score has dropped over 200 points. They finally just (September) settled another account THEN tell me that once this account is settled, they'll move onto another credit card! Why are they not doing this simultaneously?? They are also charging additional 'service' fees on top of the monthly service charge they disclosed. They have zero problem taking my payment every month even without an active settlement to apply it to but they're not trying to settle more than 1 at a time? I will never use them again!

Rude employee amaretta! communication is lousy. Unable to get a straight answer! Respond to settlement offer same day i receive it and they say it is exprired already.

This is a fine service if you never want to talk to anyone. I have been a client for about 4 years and while they did negotiate some payments for me, I was still sued several times. Now I am trying to exit and I can't get anyone to reply to me.

I wish I would’ve signed on with them years ago
It took me several years before. I finally decided to do a debt consolidation program. The key factor to this was if it wasn’t for Sara Schoolcraft I probably never would have done it. She is such a good trainer. She knows the company and the program she’s confident and explained step-by-step. What will happen the timeline that it will take and she gives professional and compassionate advice. The staff at GRT have been excellent with their follow up on emails, letting me know of negotiations going on. So far all I can give all the way around is 100% satisfaction and I look forward to Being debt free in the near future and I owe it all to Sara Schoolcraft and the Team at GRT thank you so much

AVOID if you have over $100K in debt.
Not a great idea to use this company if you have a substantial amount of debt. I came into the program with 13 debts. I was told before I decided to join that my credit would take a hit the first 6 months, but that all my debts would be negotiated and settled within the first 6-12 months and credit would rebound quickly. I’m 18 months into this program and not even half of my debts are settled. They require you to have balances in your escrow before they will negotiate a settlement with your creditors. They take fees first before negotiating new settlements. Meanwhile my credit score is still terrible as half my debts haven’t been paid in 18 months. Again, this recommendation is for people with substantial debt. Mine was over $100K. Knowing what I know now I could’ve made it through a few rough months and made agreements with all my creditors way faster. This program may be worth it if you have smaller amounts of debts. Just don’t believe them when they say all your debts will be settled within the first 6-12 months. Also, the 25% settlement fees and overall settlement amounts barely put a dent in what I was originally paying over all, except now my credit is low 600s.
