Happy with the service
At a time when I couldn't seem to get old from anyone, I tried G Thomas and Sons and not only got the oil but got it earlier than promised as well. The only thing that put a downer on it is the current price of oil.

I requested a delivery one week ago…
I requested a delivery one week ago only to be told there was a 3 WEEK delivery date delay, this was blamed on lack of drivers? I phoned again after one week only to get the same answer and they would phone me the day before delivery to agree on the price per Lt when I asked for a possible date of phone call I was told they did not know. I have been customer of this company for about 30 years so is this anyway to treat loyal customers I think Not!!!

Poor service.
Ordered oil through boiler juice.com for G.Thomas and son to deliver “on or before 12th October” It is now the 14th of October and we’ve still not had a delivery(ordered and paid for on 28th September) I phoned yesterday and was told they only have one driver and would deliver today. I phoned today at 16:15 to be told again that only one driver available but was due to be delivered today(blame put onto boilerjuice for not informing us of this) was told delivery driver worked until 19:00-it’s now 19:30....still no oil.
